Ruiz just has his number. Joshua may box better but he has major stamina issues with a weak chin. AJ will box well the first 5 rounds but as he starts to fade Ruiz will turn up the heat and probably stop him some time after the 8th round. It's just wrong style for AJ and losing a few pounds isn't going to give you massively increased stamina or a better chin.

Andy Ruiz is playing mind games like he did last time. The only problem now is that unlike last time, AJ (and the entire world) now rate Andy Ruiz very, very highly. AJ now probably rates Ruiz far higher than any opponent he has ever faced. In the last fight, AJ was comfortable until he ran into Ruiz's left hook. I think Ruiz will land the same hook on Saturday and it will bounce off AJ's head because the element of surprise is gone. Can't wait for this fight.

I didn't see anything in that first fight or in AJ's other fights that make me believe he is going to beat Ruiz in an immediate rematch - maybe in a year or 2 he would have a realistic shot but after that beat down he took in June I just don't see it. And I like AJ, spent a lot of money going to some of his fights so I am no hater, I'd still give the man a chance against Wilder and Fury because those are better styles for AJ...Wilder takes 7 rounds to land a decent right hand on a 50 year old and Fury is vulnerable late in fights and is not a big puncher.
