Drove the E38 BMW as a first responder/EMT car here in Germany a couple years ago. Awesome memories of scaring the doctor beside me while drifting through corners or ripping through traffic. Loved it.

@@agungsedayu6219 no they changed format. All episode from the season will no longer have tent/studio segment, historic piece, car review, small challenge, and etc. It will just be long journey, In exotic place, for the full episode just like all the special. Hence the all special episode season

Yeah, now that you mention it we've never actually seen the tent at all yet this season have we. I'd honestly never even thought about it until now haha. I like this format though of every week feeling like a mini on location special. With the actual specials being 2 parters like the Columbia one (which was amazing).
I think it fits the name of 'The Grand Tour' better when every week is more focused around doing things in a different country each week. Plus it gives the show a more distinct feel to it while the previous 2 seasons have just felt like they were trying to do old Top Gear again. Which is good but well we had 20+ seasons of that already.

I like the car review segments and segments where we look back into history of Motorsport.
And some people like cheap car challenges, some like those three dicking about, some like the news segment. That's why they try to do a bit of everything. Stop crying.
Kronos I'm not crying I'm just stating what I like. The show as a whole is great but the ones I listed are my personal favorite.

I'm with you, mate.
In fact, I find that they are the only bits of the show that are consistent in quality. Everything else is just shaky and wobbly because they're trying to force humour on us that isn't particularly funny. Hopefully this isn'y anything like the pick-up truck or "unscripted" episodes...

We've been waiting three seasons for this one here! The long awaited cheap car challenge! I would never get bored of cheap car challenges, I wish they were far more frequent. Heck, do a whole season of only them, and total the scores from each episode/class at the end. I'd be keen!
