They hold off on showing charcters that "have not yet been revealed to be playable. If they showed them all on the character trailer reveals that will be dedicated to them will not have much of an hype compared to people only finding it out when the charcter trailer dropped/

Unohana is unlikely, but I can definitely see Ukitake coming to this game. Unohana has potential for DLC, though.
