Thank you for helping me relax. I've been feeling pretty overwhelmed and lost lately and this gave me space to calm down and think about everything. If your going through the same don't worry. I might sound like a broken record at this point but, remember that you are not alone in this. We all have our days where we feel like the sky was going to crash down on us. So, keep going and persevere. It'll be worth it. We'll all be there in spirit to support you. Love from California.
I'm so burnt out on life that I plan on taking a month or so off from working. I plan on donating plasma to at least cover rent and then besides that I won't be working at all. My current job has been horrible for the past 2 months but I have stuck with it for some reason. Time to let go and take a break. Go on some hikes, go camping, relax, sleep, skateboard, and hope that I can come back refreshed and actually start to enjoy life again and not feel like everything is broken and will never be fixed. Disovering Kokia a month or so back has been one of the things that has helped me somehow get through some of it. Glad I found her music.

As a music major I can't agree with It, If it's exprees whatever the artist wants is art. This is kinda elitist. Maistreen culture still culture. Even tho I Don't like this artist cuz' I don't think he does a good job using black culture (Hip Hop is so rich and delicade to be simplified in one track), even If it's lyrics is problematic, as an art student is unethic to say that is not art. Art is an cientific observatory, and the music of each time is used to analyse and understand what happens on that age, people in the future will use this as an study instrument as well. Hip Hop is full of virtuosos, you should give It a try. Some hip hop albuns are kept in national library to sociologic studies too. You can say you don't agree with some artistic visions, or say that you don't identify with them. But don't belittle them, please. 🙏🏽
