Hi, We just received a Leep 590 and will be doing our first fill. The manual talks about opening the air bleed value but near the end of this video you mention filling the hot tub through the filter and that by doing so it will bleed the system of air bubbles. So if I do this, do I have to open the air bleed value first?
hello Mike - congrats on your hot tub :) Filling the tub via the skimmer pushes a lot of the air out of the plumbing mitigating much of the chances at an air lock causing error codes upon filling. that was the long answer… in short- no, you will not likely need to clear the air if filled this way. enjoy hot tub life! -Andre
