You pell off the skin of the broccoli 's torso and you cut them in slices. You add both of them in the pot with water and salt or a steam cooker. If you boil them and not steam them after you place them in a big bawl you mix potato powder, spices, salt, olive oil.if you steam them you boil potatoes instead and you smash them along with the broccoli in the bawl. Recommended spices: paprika, garlic powder, mustard powder. After you mix them good you add cheese of your choice. My choice is a mix of gouda and regato. ( Nutrition yeast for the vegans).
