Looking at the I’d guess about 2000 ton of concrete and maybe 100 ton steel. Didn’t look like they compacted the backfill they used to cover it but if they did there’d be possibly another couple of thousand ton dirt on top of the concrete

Do you know many roads need to be constructed to enable the delivery & erection of just one wind turbine & what's the average life of a wind turbine & do they all get scrapped in an ecological way & are birds, humans & other creatures effected negatively by wind turbines?
You do realize that before generating energy, obviously it needs to be built and that would consume energy. Then you need to consider it's whole lifecycle, between 20 and 25 years, how much electricity it has generated and how much it has cost to build and maintain. The result is largely positive.

It's a complicated calculation. Here's a comment I've made on other videos: I have not yet seen an honest assessment of how much fossil fuel is consumed manufacturing everything related to the foundation. Rebar and concrete require huge amounts of fossil fuel to mine the raw materials, condition/prep the raw materials, make iron then steel then rebar and concrete. Add the steel and copper and composites that make up the wind turbine itself. And finally the entire construction project from site prep to assembly to interconnection. I want to know when a wind turbine has produced enough electricity to offset the fossil fuel burned to produce it. I've seen claims that the answer is never.

The severly toxic chemical used in the Labs where components are produced. White coveralls, gloves and booties and respirators for those working on these machines. This is about big business, not about ecology. A Friction foundation would probably use much less concrete and steel to achieve the required torque at maximum wind load plus headroom
