Mind you giving your self a positive description of these thgs is important. This can be misunderstood as codependency in so was. Not saying they can't be, it can be seen that way.
Knowing how to discern your own thoughts and your intuition takes practice. My practice is to document what comes through that I think is intuition, then verify or confirm as time unfolds. My accuracy helps to tune in more effectively. Great question.
