My sister I love what you are doing for us, I have small oven, I bought almost all things for a beginner, but no milling machine yet, am milling with my hand , the bread do collapse, atimes perfect, what do i do to continue pushing the business till I buy my milling machine

I do use ordinary water to bake my bread and it comes out nice...I think I have to try that ice block method...I love u ma
