The binary Cpt Marvel exclusive. I assumed scalpers scooped them all up because I never saw her on shelves. She apparently was back room dusted accidentally by most wal-marts in NH. She never showed up on shelves. Then 6 months later she showed up by the 20 count and had to be discounted out. They seem to have an issue with exclusive figures. Worthy Cap showed up very late in large quantity also. But my biggest twitch, yes I actually twitch when I see it, I'm still seeing Wasp figures, full retail price at Walmarts. 2018 figure. Still hanging on pegs out there. ARGH!!!!!!

Gwenpool is NOT Gwen Stacy as Deadpool. She's basically a normal human from our world warped into the Marvel universe and was a big comcis fan before. She's also got some comic based meta-powers.. like she can grab sound effects to make them quiet or toss things from one panel to another. Her real name is Gwen Poole, the person who made her outfit heard 'Pool' was was like "Ah, I know what to do." thus her Deadpool-y outfit.
For clarity, the original cover art Zoic is referencing *was* Gwen Stacy as Deadpool since they were doing a whole series to capitalize on Spider-Gwen at the time. But the actual character the figure is based on is not Gwen Stacy. The figure has a penguin backpack that was only seen in the Unbelievable Gwenpool series and not on the original cover.

She makes for an interesting character idea since at first she's treating the world as exactly as a comic book world, she's the only "real" person, nothing matters, everything will be retconned or ignored when it comes to civilians and property damage. She even runs into Deadpool during one storyline, won't spoil anything.
Walmart Exclusive Captain Marvel should get the Lifetime Achievement Award. That figure is still at Walmart after they even lowered the price for months. Why they raised it back to the normal price is beyond me.

I first got one for $11 then I was wanting one for the second head and saw it go down to $4 so I picked up another one it's a nice figure specially with double the binary effects.
I would see her fairly often and I think this was a peg warmer due to faulty production and not lack of interest. Hasbro gave her a stupid cock-eyed look on her face. Had the face been a better paint/sculpt this could've been a very collectible figure because from the neck down everything about it is excellent.
I can't speak for everyone, but I can say that for myself, as well as several other fans I know, the Marvel Legends Gwenpool figure was just not considered a very good likeness of the character, and before it even got released, a very comic accurate figure of her from Mafex was announced. I was actually planning on getting the Marvel Legends figure despite being disappointed by it (as I had wanted a figure of her for a good while), but as soon as I saw the Mafex one, I ended up pre-ordering that one instead, even though it was three times pricier than the Marvel Legends figure (I'm a big fan of Gwenpool's original run and felt the price was worth it).

And there has been countless times over the last half decade that I've walked in a Target, Walmart, TRU (when it was opened), or Walgreens and seen a ML figure and been like: "Wow, that's a great figure...🤔...oh, well...."It's probably because I ve really been focused on Masters Of The Universe, Star Wars Black Series, Vintage Collection and WWE elite figures during that span. I honestly really like the Speed Demon , Lady Beetle and Gwenpool . I got Lady Beetle without the BAF piece in her original box for 13 dollars . And i haven't got the other two quite yet , because well . . . I just think they can wait a bit considering how easy they are to find . Also , Lady Deadpool should have 100% been on here , i just got her off amazon two days ago for 8.80 brand new .

I bought Ant-Man and the Wasp from Target on clearance and Wasp's arm broke as I took her out of the package so I returned it. Ant-Man is kinda cool, though and is the only Marvel figure I have lol. I had bought a couple other ones after these but they also had breakage problems immediately out of the box so I stopped buying these figures. Maybe they are nice display pieces, but three of the four I had broke immediately upon taking them out of the box, and I'm not someone using excess force or who doesn't know how to remove a toy from a box. I guess to me, Marvel Legends will ALL be pegwarmers since they aren't getting any more of my money lol

Have to say though I have the best luck with harder to find legends at Targets. Always lift up the bottom shelfs in the toy isles!!!! Gold mines for figures!!!! Check electronics sections too for good neca figs and some good imports. Bought a S.H. Figuarts kayoken Goku. It came up as item not found on self check out. Target employee manually entered a price for me, paid $15.. I remained silent and called it a win lol lol happens pretty frequently with S.H. Figuarts at Target.....

But I don’t want to buy it. I want them to get rid of the figures to make way for new ones, but because they’re only $5 less than retail price, no one’s buying them. They should honestly only be worth about $6 at this point

I have the ant-man and gwenpool figures. and the gwenpool figure I got was missing the alt head sculpt so hasbro actually sent me the 6 arm spider-man figure for free.
