I think Bowie agreed with you on his 80s output! 😂 I always did really like Bowie's version of "Bang Bang" though. I absolutely love super early Bee Gees too, from like 1967-1973. After that, it's hit and miss, but I do like some later Bee Gees here and there.
“Never let me down” is one of the first albums I got, and I like it very much, even though it does have some shitty songs, specially on the B-side (like “Shining Star” with Micky Rourke rapping). it has not aged well, and Bowie himself called it “his nadir album” “Time will crawl” it’s just fantastic. As a part of the “Loving the alien” boxset, this LP was totally redone with new production.
Great and hilarious battle as always.... what makes 80s BOWIE even shittier is 70s BOWIE FUCKING RULES! (tied w/ ROXY MUSIC) (In my world) so that's it.
If I need a bee gees fix, I pull out the Saturday night fever soundtrack and the spirits having flown album. I gave up on Bowie after scary monsters, but anything from the scary album and back is great
Well, Both are Awesome, Cheers Dr. ..!!
"You Win Again" was a #1 hit in the UK, but only reached #75 in America.
I was waiting for the fart noise, and it came at the end 😅
