Very interesting and instructional video even though for various reasons I won't be adding this system anytime soon. I was *particularly* impressed by the cyclists' moving legs! This video was an instant "like"! :-)
What I like about the Magnorail system is that you can, within reason, use any vehicle you want. The Faller system is good. but the complexity (and no little expense) is in the vehicles. Once you've laid the Magnorail track it's away you go. And the cyclists are genius.
Nice to know we have a North American importer for Magnorail now! I had to order mine from France last year but will want some pieces and parts as I work with it. 👍
Hallo.. what is the max length of the chain? Can we combine two or three sets into one single loop? Can the chain have an elevation instead of flat track only? Thank you edy
great system however the lugs on the transparent peddle on 4 of my kits were bent when they were unpacked when trying to gently straighten brake off even tried to warm them in warm water still brake off
Ian maybe that is how they come out of the mold. I don't believe bent peddles would effect the operation. I will try to set some clarity on the matter from Magnorail
It's about 5 feet long total in the bicycle starter set and track extension kits are on the website. If you go more than one extension set, or if you're using complex inclines you'll need an additional motor too. Also on the website.

Trivia: this system was developed in the Netherlands because you cannot model a Dutch diorama or layout without lots of bicycles.
