Correcting old "baseball swing" habits for Slow Pitch Softball

Many of the flaws we see in our lessons stem from having a baseball background growing up and learning techniques along the way that DO NOT translate to Slow Pitch Softball (or work in baseball, but that is another conversation). We see loopy batpaths, poor starting positions, and lack of rotation / weight transfer.
