Plastic Pedal Maintenance

My cheap pedals were becoming noticeable gunked up. They weren't seized up, but they had a lot of resistance. From what I can recall, they never did spin freely and I just thought it was because they were cheap plastic pedals. But to my surprise. All they needed were some fresh grease and to be tightened down to the correct torque.
These pedals easily have over 100 miles on them and multiple seasons of use.
What you will need:
-Grease
-Fine Pry Tool
-Socket set (12mm)
-Wrench set (14mm) Just incase you crack loose the pedal from the crank
-Needle Nose Pliers
-Rags
Optional
-Magnet (To grab the loose bearings)
