That whole thing with "Kuy" reminds me of how Filipinos use the slang "Deins". Deins is a jumbled up spelling of "Hindi" which means "No". But then someone decided to turn that slang into "Scoobs" because Scooby Doo is a Great Dane, and because of that it got related to deins. My brain is melting.

like in my country our slang of "idol" is "lodi" then we wer like who cares about the "i" we like the "s" more and turn it to "lods" for super slang idol > lodi > lods
