what kind of parents give a smart phone to a 12 year old girl? there must be some age restrictions to have a cell phone. parents, wake up, its your job to protect your kids, and sometimes you are required to be harsh on your kids for their own good.

Exactly my point. Why parents give cell phone to little children? Or why they give unrestricted access to internet? All boys and girls are on phone or internet cha apps? It should be controlled and supervised by parents. A lot of responsibility lies with parents to watch their kids activity. This little girls goes to see that policemen and no one in her house were knowing about it. Seriously this much irresponsibility!

such activities occur in our society by physical interactions as well.
My parents can trust me with such situations.Why?cuz they are always telling and reminding me of harms in our society.they tell me to not answer a call if the unknown no. call the second time and give the phone to me[parent] to deal with any random person annoying.
Parents didn't knew a thing in this incident..insane.A 12 years girl got out of school without any guardian[parent ]around.I'm 17 and have parents/trusted driver or friends/sister while coming from school...brother drops me to tuition.I don't have a phone but I had back then at 12..i remember but without sim...cuz i didn't needed to call anyone[relatives]etc.
