I'm so glad you enjoyed this perfomance, but watching Lara's live performances are the best way to experience more of the beauty and power in her voice. She is simply amazing. ❤
Thank you for this beautiful reaction to Queen Lara. Her music videos are always beautifully done but one rule with Lara is to see her sing live, she is always breathtaking.
Adagio is an italian word, that means "Slowly" or, like in this song, "patiently". This is also used in music to define the pace of a music (a bit slow, between lento and andante) and also as a name of a piece of a sonata, concerto or symphony that is using that specific pace. The music from this song of Lara Fabian is a pop translation of an italian classic piece called "Albinoni's Adagio". It was written in 1958 by Remo Giazotto who was an admirer of Albinoni, a musician from the 17th/18th century. He claimed it was from him and gave his music this name but there is consensus today that he most probably has composed it himself. The classic music piece is globally famous and there were many different translations into different songs, with different music compositions, mostly operatic, and different lyrics (the band Renaissance, Daniele Licari, Sarah Brightman and Sissel Kyrkjebo for instance). But the most famous version, by far, is Lara’s version: it was translated into a pop song for her, she wrote lyrics in italian then co-wrote the english lyrics for it and is the original performer of these 2 versions. She kept the title Adagio and wrote a story with a double meaning: a woman that is awaiting to find her love / an artist that is awaiting the god of inspiration. This song has become a classic and has been covered by many : Shirley Bassey (!!), Dimash (Lara is his absolute idol and he covered several of her songs), Floor Jansen, Polina Gagarina, Dmitri Hvorostovsky, Julie Anne San Jose, Charice Penpengco, Giulia Falcone, Laura Bretan, Il Divo, Rimar, Vitas, Emily Linge, Anastasia Luna, Evgenia Fanfara, , … They made great covers but none of these match the amazing storytelling performance of Lara, or her ability to use vocal subtleties to be in sync with the music, exposed in her live from the concert From Lara with Love. th-cam.com/video/bqoS-KOLV_4/w-d-xo.html Her italian version is also amazing. A famous italian version: th-cam.com/video/qf7xcMN-TYI/w-d-xo.html Or you can check her recent excellent renditions: - in Zagreb, late april 2024 (italian) : th-cam.com/video/06WOD2AxTTM/w-d-xo.htmlsi=pXrU2vQ1Lrca2PTs - In London, Royal Albert Hall, with Hauser playing cello, on May 9th 2024 (english): th-cam.com/video/ikWpOJT4y9g/w-d-xo.htmlsi=WSoA4RXiw-TMmRNv
Lara actually has a new tour starting this year in June! I agree, she is even more powerful live, for example her adagio at "From Lara with Love concert". I feel like you can just pick any song from that concert and not go wrong.❤ On the topic of Lara Fabian, a trio of songs to listen to would be: 1. Lara Fabian Vocalise (Ascolta la Voce) (I really liked the 2010 version from Kreml) 2. Dimash Know from New Wave 2019 3. Dimash Know Vocalise (40:35 from his Almaty concert part 1 or the Arnau 2020 version)
The Lara rabbit hole is definitely one you MUST go down! It’s incredible! She can bring me to tears with every song she sings! You have to react to Broken Vow, Caruso, and so many more!
More information on Lara Fabian: Lara is recognized as one of the best vocalist ever seen on earth and all professionals list her in the top vocalist tier with Barbra, Whitney, Mariah, Celine, Aretha, Shirley Bassey, Lisa Fischer, .... In my personal opinion, she is even the best. There are a few vocal characteristics that are her signature: her famous resonance for instance that allows her to sing acapella without mic in venues with 10,000+ attendees. Her nickname in the singing world is "the ring" due to this. I would also list her amazing phrasing, breath management and her pleasant tone even when belting in her upper register. So she is one of the best vocalist ever, but on top of that, she adds a few things that make her an absolute package with no equivalence: • she speaks 2 languages natively (french, italian), and 2 others fluently (english, spanish), can speak a bit of dutch (and sicilian), and understand quite well russian and portuguese. She has sung in 12 languages in total • she is an amazing songwriter and wrote lyrics for 200+ songs, in the 4 languages she speaks fluently. She often co-composes the music, and is at the source of the melodic line. • she acts and performs on stage as nobody else, she colors and reveals the meaning of every single word in the songs, and her ability to emote, to draw you in is second to none • she is the sweetest soul on earth, very humble, down to earth and benevolent. She likes to meet others, and her fans are always pleasantly surprised when this happens. A quick background on her and her career: She is belgian, her father is flemish and grand mother on father side is dutch, but she also has italian roots (her mother is from sicilia) and American roots ( the father of her mother is from Detroit). She had been raised in Sicilia first for 7 years then in Belgium so she speaks both italian and french as native languages. She has been classically trained on vocal, piano and songs composition for 10 years ( from 8 to 18) in the Brussels Royal Conservatory. She is still having vocal lessons and training several times a week today. She only moved away from opera to pop because she is first and foremost a songwriter. After her Eurovision participation in 1988 (4th), she really started her career in Canada in the early 90s, more precisely in Quebec, the french-speaking part of Canada. She had been living for years in Montreal and has also Canadian citizenship. She moved to Sicilia end of 2022. She became very famous in Quebec in the early 90s with several double platine records and then conquered France in 1996/1997 (she topped charts there and some of her songs such as "Je t'aime" or "Tout" became classics of the french music). In 2000, she was about to penetrate the US Market, with a lot of media initial interest. Her first english song (I will love again), a pop dance song, stayed number one on the US Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart for 58 weeks in a row and was number 32 on the Billboard Hot 100. Her Album ("Lara Fabian") was about to become a massive hit, and the concert "From Lara With Love" was recorded to be broadcasted everywhere in the US. This concert is legendary, packed with masterpieces (covered by many great vocalists later on). But a dispute with Sony on artistry directions, and the will from Celine Dion's staff to block her progress in the US, completely broke this plan. She thus refocused back on Europe and made huge success there, extending her reach to Eastern Europe and Central Asia where she became an absolute superstar through her collaboration with Igor Krutoy during several years. She is absolutely massive in Russia for instance. She is also a star in Brazil as her song "Love By Grace", used as the soundtrack for a very famous soap opera, topped the charts for months and become a recurrent in the local singing contests since then. Many of her songs became classics and were covered by the other singing legends: Barbra Streisand, Shirley Bassey, Josh Groban (they are friends and he told she is a role model for him), Linda Eder, … With her success in Europe, Brazil and part of Asia, she is the inspiration of the new generation of vocalists: most of them are coming from there. Thru their covers of Lara Fabian songs, USA and many other countries are now rediscovering her. She is Dimash's idol: • I’ve read somewhere that, when he was a child, he was listening her songs every night to get asleep. • He covered many of her songs, most of these were composed by Igor Krutoy and written by by Lara. Out of my mind I can list: ○ Adagio (She wrote it and is the original performer), ○ Mademoiselle Hyde (she wrote it and is the original performer), ○ Love of Tired Swans (she wrote the song in French under the title "Je t'aime encore" and was the original performer of the french then the russian versions, Dimash covered the russian version) ○ Ascolta La Voce / Vocalize (this was a pure vocalization and she was the original performer, then lyrics were added for Dimash and it was rebranded as "Know") • She also wrote the lyrics of Dimash's song "Your Love". • And she covered "Love is like a dream" before him (song from Igor Krutoy originally performed by Alla Pugacheva). • Finally, they also performed "Ti Amo Cosi" together, in trio with Aida Garafulina: this is a song that she performed originally with Dmitri Hvorostovsky and Sumi Jo then again later with Dmitri and Alina Yarovaya, before this new trio with Dimash and Aida. Dimash is now also working with Igor Krutoy: Igor and Dimash connected after his Adagio cover, also endorsed by Lara. Igor came back from retirement and composed severals songs for him after it. Many other top vocalists from the current generation covered her songs, some have Lara as a role model and big inspiration (singers from every region in the world: from China and Taiwan, to Philippines, Indonesia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Bulgaria, Turkey, Netherlands, Greece, Israel, Lebanon, Italy, France, Belgium, Norway, UK, USA, Canada, Brazil, Australia, Central Africa, …) ○ Floor Jansen (Adagio), ○ Polina Gagarina (Adagio, Je t’aime), ○ Diana Ankudinova (Tomorrow is a lie), ○ Morissette Amon (Broken Vow), ○ Gabriel Henrique (Love by Grace), ○ Cakra Khan (Broken Vow), ○ Charice Penpengco (Adagio), ○ Katrina Velarde (Broken Vow), ○ Regine Velasquez (Broken Vow), ○ Dmitri Hvorostovsky (Adagio), ○ Giulia Falcone (Adagio, Caruso, Je suis malade, Je t'aime), ○ Forestella (Je suis Malade), ○ Almira (from 4th Impact band) (Broken Vow), ○ Gigi de Lana (Broken Vow) ○ Julie Anne san Jose (Adagio, Broken Vow), ○ Rimar ( Adagio, Broken Vow, Know), ○ Il Divo (Adagio) ○ Daria Bentsa (I guess I loved you), ○ Sarah Geronimo (Broken Vow) ○ Laura Bretan ( Adagio, Caruso), ○ Jackie Evancho (Je t’aime, Caruso and Broken Vow, BV rewritten as « Imaginer » by Lara for Jackie), ○ Harrison Craig (Broken Vow), ○ Amir (Je t’aime), ○ Pauline Aguirre (Adagio)), ○ George Peris (Broken Vow, Humana), ○ Vitas (Adagio), ○ Wanessa Camargo (Love by Grace), ○ Anastasia Luna (Adagio), ○ Jeck (Je T’Aime), ○ Evgenia Fanfara (Adagio), ○ Anne Sila (pas sans toi, Tu es mon autre), ○ The Canadian Tenors (Adagio), ○ Anna Eriksson (Je suis malade), ○ Choi Sung Hoon (Je suis malade), ○ Soprano Turetsky band (Adagio), ○ Sarah Naura Irbah (Mademoiselle Hyde), ○ Elisabetta Rinaldi (Adagio), ○ Alyona Yarushina (Adagio), ○ Marie Payet (Pas sans toi), ○ Laurh (Immortelle), ○ Inger Lise Hope (Adagio), ○ Håkon Sønsterud Tollefsrød (Broken Vow), ○ Flora Tandi (Bambina), ○ Cindy Chao (Yeliel My Angel), ○ Majda Roumi (Adagio), ○ Abraham Mateo (Adagio), ○ Petra Berger (Adagio, Broken Vow), ○ Russel Watson (Adagio), ○ Katerina Maslova (Je t’aime, I guess I loved you) ○ Annointed (Love by Grace), ○ Sevara Nazarkhan (Je t’aime) ○ ....
NB: Lara did cover Caruso , Je suis malade, and Love by grace, these are not her originals, but I mention these here as the related artists were attracted to cover it again after listening to Lara’s version. Today, Lara still has an amazing voice and tone and can still reach the 5th octave with resonance ; she still offers these emotive renditions that are her unique signature. In June 2022, she kicked off a WW tour and stunned her fans once again with 5 magical concerts in Canada. She completed the europe part in September/October 2022 and I attended a concert from this tour. It was packed and she was again spectacular. On April, May, June 2023 she had again some wonderful concerts in Tbilissi, Georgia, then in Ouzbekhistan, Kazakhstan, Romania. She is about to release a new album and just completed another popular tour in eastern europe (Czech Republic, Moldavia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkiye, Hungary) and in Canada in april-june 2024. She also appeared as a guest in some big events such as Hauser’s concert in Royal Albert Hall (May 9th 2024). Then, after some rest and a few TV Shows, she will tour France in 2025. The first song of her new album (titled "Ta Peine" - Your Sorrow) was released late January 2024 and is a success in France. The second “Je t’ai cherché”(I looked for you) was released early october 2024, another success! Her album is expected to be released in on Nov 29. Sorry if I was long, but I hope this gives some context on Lara.
Thank-you! I know it doesn't seem like I'm saying enough after all your work that you have presented us with but, I really appreciate the knowledge that I have gained from your post!
Ciao e tanti saluti dall'italia.
You should listen to her version of 'Caruso', 'Broken Vow' , 'Je Suis Malade', also the duet with Johnny Holliday, the iconic French singer, 'Requiem Pour un Fou' (Requiem for a fool)

Siempre veo tus reacciones increíbles a Dimash. Gracias
Thanks for your excellent reaction! Lara Fabian has been dubbed "The Ring" because of her incredible resonance. Yes, she was classically trained for 10 years at the Royal Conservatoire of Brussels. Her career really took off after she moved to Montreal in the 1990s, and she continues to perform and tour right up to the present day. In fact, she just released a new album "Je Suis La" at the end of 2024. She is very well-known in Europe and Asia (also in Brazil), but was essentially shut out of the North American market back in 2000 due to a dispute with Sony Music (which wanted her to shift to disco pop genre) and also because of the intervention by Celine Dion's management because of artistic jealousy and a fear that Lara would cut into Celine's popularity and sales (Celine Dion was also in the corporate stable of Sony). Nevertheless, Lara is widely considered to be one of the greatest female vocalists of her generation. Dimash drew much artistic inspiration from Ms. Fabian, and has sung several of her songs, including Adagio, Your Love, and the "'Ascolta La Voce (Know)" voca;ization. He also performed with Lara and Aida Garifullina in "Ti Amo Cosi" at Igor Krutoy's 65th birthday concert in Moscow. Lara has an immense discography, but my personal favourites are "CallingYou", "Perdere Amor", and the duet she performed with Johnny Hallyday ("Requiem pour un fou") before 80,000 people in le Stade du France in Paris in 1998. Her live performance (Montreal, 1997) of the "Yentyl" medley (originally by Barbra Streisand) is also fantastic.
Lara is one of Dimash's biggest idols, he sang more then a few her songs, they sang the same songs, they sang together. She is superstar similar to Celine Dion but Celine made career in USA and Lara did not. Lara was/is famous in Europe but many claims she is better then Celine
One of the benefits that I have received from listening to Dimash, is the introduction to very talented vocal artists with whom he has worked. I now follow the careers of about four different international artists whom I probably would never have discovered without him. Just as you have now discovered Lara. She has a beautiful voice, so emotive - you can see why Dimash adores her and her work. She has complimented Dimash on his rendition of Adagio, they have sung together in a public production and they are friends. Music is a beautiful language!
Yo conocí a Lara, gracias a Dimash. You are not from here de ese mismo concierto. También, Dimash ha cantado con Lara en el concierto del jubileo de Igor Krutoy creo en 2019. Ti amo cosí, Dimash, Lara y Aida Garifulina

Great reaction, but you really have to check her out singing live. She’s simply amazing. Her live performances are usually even better than the official recordings. Try “Je Suis Malade” next. 👉 Lara Fabian, *1970, is a world famous Belgian-Canadian singer, songwriter, musician, actress and producer. She is Belgian but also has Italian roots (her mother is from Sicily). She grew up in both countries and therefore speaks both French and Italian as her mother tongue. She was classically trained in singing, piano and song composition for 10 years (from 8 to 18) at the Brussels Royal Conservatory. To this day she has singing lessons and trains several times a week. She started her career in Canada in the early 1990s. She now lives in Montreal and also has Canadian citizenship. She is fluent in 4 languages (French, Italian, English, Spanish) and has sung in a total of 12 languages. She has sold over 20 million records worldwide as of September 2017 and is one of the best-selling Belgian artists of all time. In 2000, Lara launched her triumphal procession in the US, but a falling out with Sony over her artistic direction and the will of Celine Dion's management to block her path to the US thwarted that plan. (They knew it was better for Dion's career.) She therefore focused on Europe again and had great success there, expanding her reach to Eastern Europe and Asia where she became an absolute superstar through her many years of collaboration with Igor Krutoy. She's also a star in Brazilia. Many of their songs are now classics and are covered by other singing legends: Barbra Streisand, Shirley Bassey, Josh Groban... The US is now rediscovering her through her covers of Lara Fabian songs. She is Dimash's idol. He has covered some of her songs. She also wrote the lyrics to his song 'Your Love' and they finally met at Igor Krutoy's birthday party and sang Ti Amo Cosi (composed by Igor Krutoy) together with Aida Garafulina: 'Ti Amo Cosi / I Love You So' - th-cam.com/video/XaQFfqC3lnU/w-d-xo.html Lara is one of the best singers in the world, for me the most soulful singer! Lara is a great role model for Dimash. Even as a child Dimash wanted to be on stage with Igor Krutoy and Lara Fabian one day ... and for Dimash the dream came true of the 65th birthday of Igor Krutoy in 2019. 👉 For non musicians: The language of music is Italian. Adagio is an Italian word and is used in music to denote tempo, meaning: 'calm', 'slow'. In this song, adagio roughly means: If it is to be, then it will be. 'Adagio in g minor' - today, known as one of the most popular compositions of classical music; composed of alleged fragments of Tomaso Albinoni's; in 1958, joined together by Remo Giazotto (* 4. Sept. 1910; † 26. Aug. 1998 - Italian musicologist, music critic, and composer). Musicologists are still debating whether or not it is based on fragments by Albinoni. Camilo Sesto wrote 1985 lyrics in Spanish to this piece. Later, Lara Fabian wrote the lyrics in Italian and English. Composers Rick Allison, Dave Pickell and Lara Fabian arranged the piece into a pop song. Since then, this song has been part of Lara Fabian's repertoire. 👉 Suggestion: * Lara Fabian - Je suis malade/ I’m sick - th-cam.com/video/uGthVEza97U/w-d-xo.html * Lara Fabian - Broken Vow - th-cam.com/video/eEujtnQNQKw/w-d-xo.html * Lara Fabian and Johnny Hallyday singing a epic rock-song - Requiem pour un fou/ Requiem for a Mad Man - th-cam.com/video/PHwIF6jmOCY/w-d-xo.html * Lara Fabian - Caruso - th-cam.com/video/ch7Dz2CIRy4/w-d-xo.html * Lara Fabian - Je t'aime - Live in Paris, 2001 - th-cam.com/video/IYnFwUbC9A8/w-d-xo.html * Lara Fabian and Igor Krutoy - Les feuilles mortes / Dead leaves th-cam.com/video/hCyej7qrwWY/w-d-xo.html * Lara Fabian - Llora (MV) - th-cam.com/video/8Fh35Foo9CA/w-d-xo.html * Lara Fabian - Mademoiselle Hyde - th-cam.com/video/DuSDdjU4S8M/w-d-xo.html
❤️ beautiful Lara 🤩 liked subscribed 👍 My favorite live concert is En tout intimite especially her performing Comne Ils dissent which is a Charles' Aznavour song 😻
🇨🇦 Soon you will receive comments from Eric Sicard who is our resident expert on Lara ! Read them carefully and completely ! In my opinion, this was not the best version of this song, but as you have now heard her in English, try "Quedate" in Spanish or "Caruso" in Italian or maybe her duet with Johnny Hallyday in French called "Requiem pour un fou" ! Always try the live versions ! Lara composes, writes or co-writes, sings, produces and arranges most of her own performances ! She co-wrote the lyrics to this one ! 🇨🇦
I know Lara Fabian after watching Chakra Khan cover her song Broken Vow, straight falling in love with this song. You must react to both of them singing Broken Vow. Both singing in their own style, Chakra Khan made the song like his. Both were gorgeous.
Hello from France ! and welcome to Lara's world ! I advise you to listen to other songs (no matter which one, they are all good !) best in live, because you can see her talents as a performer even better (and Adagio also), I can promise you that you will never be disappointed ! I'm so happy to go see her at the end of this year during her tour in France, it will be my first time and I can't wait ! (google traduction)

Thank you for your great reaction, and yes, Lara is a classical singer. His parents decided around the age of 6 to enroll her in singing lessons, later music theory, piano and theater. She began her musical education at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels in 1978. She studied opera singing there for ten years, while beginning to write songs. ! Great reaction but wrong video. Lara is always way better live then in studio. You will be blown away by her live performance of Adagio and many other great songs. You absolutely need to react to the most famous Lara's live performance of Adagio from her concert "From Lara With Love" 1999 which is 10 times better then this studio version. Please read Eric Sicard comments for more info about Lara and for the best links to her best live performances
Here is link to the best quality video of Lara's most famous incredible live performance of Adagio from her amazing concert "From Lara With Love" 1999 - 2000 th-cam.com/video/bqoS-KOLV_4/w-d-xo.html
I'm so glad you enjoyed this perfomance, but watching Lara's live performances are the best way to experience more of the beauty and power in her voice. She is simply amazing. ❤
She sings this song even better live !
But the most famous version, by far, is Lara’s version:
it was translated into a pop song for her, she wrote lyrics in italian then co-wrote the english lyrics for it and is the original performer of these 2 versions.
She kept the title Adagio and wrote a story with a double meaning: a woman that is awaiting to find her love / an artist that is awaiting the god of inspiration.
This song has become a classic and has been covered by many : Shirley Bassey (!!), Dimash (Lara is his absolute idol and he covered several of her songs), Floor Jansen, Polina Gagarina, Dmitri Hvorostovsky, Julie Anne San Jose, Charice Penpengco, Giulia Falcone, Laura Bretan, Il Divo, Rimar, Vitas, Emily Linge, Anastasia Luna, Evgenia Fanfara, , …
They made great covers but none of these match the amazing storytelling performance of Lara, or her ability to use vocal subtleties to be in sync with the music, exposed in her live from the concert From Lara with Love.

Her italian version is also amazing. A famous italian version:

Or you can check her recent excellent renditions:

Lara actually has a new tour starting this year in June!
I agree, she is even more powerful live, for example her adagio at "From Lara with Love concert". I feel like you can just pick any song from that concert and not go wrong.❤
On the topic of Lara Fabian, a trio of songs to listen to would be:
1. Lara Fabian Vocalise (Ascolta la Voce) (I really liked the 2010 version from Kreml)
2. Dimash Know from New Wave 2019
Suggestion, always do Lara Fabian LIVE versions
100% best when it's live 😊
Agreed. By far the best way to experience her
More information on Lara Fabian:
Lara is recognized as one of the best vocalist ever seen on earth and all professionals list her in the top vocalist tier with Barbra, Whitney, Mariah, Celine, Aretha, Shirley Bassey, Lisa Fischer, ....
So she is one of the best vocalist ever, but on top of that, she adds a few things that make her an absolute package with no equivalence:
• she speaks 2 languages natively (french, italian), and 2 others fluently (english, spanish), can speak a bit of dutch (and sicilian), and understand quite well russian and portuguese. She has sung in 12 languages in total
• she is an amazing songwriter and wrote lyrics for 200+ songs, in the 4 languages she speaks fluently. She often co-composes the music, and is at the source of the melodic line.
• she acts and performs on stage as nobody else, she colors and reveals the meaning of every single word in the songs, and her ability to emote, to draw you in is second to none
• she is the sweetest soul on earth, very humble, down to earth and benevolent. She likes to meet others, and her fans are always pleasantly surprised when this happens.
A quick background on her and her career:
She is belgian, her father is flemish and grand mother on father side is dutch, but she also has italian roots (her mother is from sicilia) and American roots ( the father of her mother is from Detroit).
Many of her songs became classics and were covered by the other singing legends: Barbra Streisand, Shirley Bassey, Josh Groban (they are friends and he told she is a role model for him), Linda Eder, …
With her success in Europe, Brazil and part of Asia, she is the inspiration of the new generation of vocalists: most of them are coming from there.
Thru their covers of Lara Fabian songs, USA and many other countries are now rediscovering her.
She is Dimash's idol:
• I’ve read somewhere that, when he was a child, he was listening her songs every night to get asleep.
• He covered many of her songs, most of these were composed by Igor Krutoy and written by by Lara.
Out of my mind I can list:
○ Adagio (She wrote it and is the original performer),
○ Mademoiselle Hyde (she wrote it and is the original performer),
○ Love of Tired Swans (she wrote the song in French under the title "Je t'aime encore" and was the original performer of the french then the russian versions, Dimash covered the russian version)
○ Ascolta La Voce / Vocalize (this was a pure vocalization and she was the original performer, then lyrics were added for Dimash and it was rebranded as "Know")
• She also wrote the lyrics of Dimash's song "Your Love".
Many other top vocalists from the current generation covered her songs, some have Lara as a role model and big inspiration (singers from every region in the world: from China and Taiwan, to Philippines, Indonesia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Bulgaria, Turkey, Netherlands, Greece, Israel, Lebanon, Italy, France, Belgium, Norway, UK, USA, Canada, Brazil, Australia, Central Africa, …)

Você deve ter muito tempo livre.
La Reine Lara
Queen Lara ❤
Ciao e tanti saluti dall'italia.
You should listen to her version of 'Caruso', 'Broken Vow' , 'Je Suis Malade', also the duet with Johnny Holliday, the iconic French singer, 'Requiem Pour un Fou' (Requiem for a fool)
My fav of Lara is Je Suis Malade, Je T'aime, and Mademoiselle Hyde
I love her singing Caruso as well
Hellow. Thank you for reacting to lara❤❤❤ She indeed is an amasing artist. She has a clasical training. 10y in bruxell conservatorium and till today she has a proff who trains her: fabio lazzara. She is still touring . Ahe had a tour in 2024 and she will have a tour this year start in october i think. She worked also with igor krutoy for about 15 years through her 40s. They have done a wonderfull work togather. She write her own songs usually or wirh colaboration. In 29.11 her new album je suis la was published. Wonderfull, exposed emotional. You should listen to the full album and :
You are not from here, i am a wa
Demin n'exsist pas, mademosaille hide, tu es mon autre duet, requiem pour un fou duet, je suis malade, caruso, dance, .... and more❤❤❤
Siempre veo tus reacciones increíbles a Dimash.
Lara is perfect! ❤
Lara is one of Dimash's biggest idols, he sang more then a few her songs, they sang the same songs, they sang together. She is superstar similar to Celine Dion but Celine made career in USA and Lara did not. Lara was/is famous in Europe but many claims she is better then Celine
🇨🇦 Celine's singing is far more 'nasal' and Celine does not write songs ! 🇨🇦
Lara is The Queen of Resonance and vowel coordination. She is The Ring. The perfect singer.
You need to see the live version ❤❤
Lara's concerts have been and will continue to be a benchmark for the French-speaking world.

Hello ! An advice Lara is always better in live :) always priority lives versions is a good move :P
Anyway thanks for this react !
thanks the queen of music
Great reaction, but you really have to check her out singing live. She’s simply amazing. Her live performances are usually even better than the official recordings. Try “Je Suis Malade” next. Her “Yentl Medley” and “Calling You” are masterpieces as well, to say the least.

She’s active and has just released a new album: “Je Suis Là” . She speaks fluently and sings in multiple languages and is about to go on tour soon enough. I’m going to see her live next June in London. 🙌🏻
(They knew it was better for Dion's career.)
She therefore focused on Europe again and had great success there, expanding her reach to Eastern Europe and Asia where she became an absolute superstar through her many years of collaboration with Igor Krutoy.
She also wrote the lyrics to his song 'Your Love' and they finally met at Igor Krutoy's birthday party and sang Ti Amo Cosi (composed by Igor Krutoy) together with Aida Garafulina: 'Ti Amo Cosi / I Love You So' - th-cam.com/video/XaQFfqC3lnU/w-d-xo.html
Lara is one of the best singers in the world, for me the most soulful singer!

(google traduction)
you are right!
Lara's songs are rich and varied 16 records over 200 songs
don't be content with her early live performances from the 2000s
with these vocal performances
Lara is much more than that
some spectacular tracks

Thank you for your great reaction, and yes, Lara is a classical singer.
His parents decided around the age of 6 to enroll her in singing lessons, later music theory, piano and theater. She began her musical education at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels in 1978. She studied opera singing there for ten years, while beginning to write songs.
! I'm putting you some links to Lara Fabian' songs.
