Great recording; ensemble had amazing balance in four voice parts with good phrasing and ending consonants. I currently perform with a group that performs madrigals at the local Renaissance Festival during the summer and this song is one of many on our core repertoire list; I daresay it's one of my personal favorites.
That's rare these days. Every choir I've been a part of, from early teenage years to professional, had pretty weak tenor sections to the point I would switch between tenor and baritone to add a bit of filler.
