I can't tell you how amazed I am that the dissenting justices cite the fact that the prison is not on US soil and therefore not liable to rules and regulations?! If I remember correctly, we leased this base for something like 99 years, which obviously makes it OURS. So tired of these manipulations of basic human rights. How about we just go back and think of ourselves as a nation founded on human rights, habeaus corpus, and trial before sentencing. What's so hard about that?
