As of today, here are the extensions that work and the author names:
    Material Theme - Esquinusocio
Live Server - ritwickdey (no update in a few years, but still works)
    CSS Peek - pranaygp
    Color Highlight - naumovs
    ES7+ React/Redux/React-Native snippets - dsznajder
Prettier - Code formatter - esbenp
Bracket Pair Colorizer has been made obsolete by the editor now doing this on it's own.
Since Live Server is no longer being worked on, I would keep on eye on 'Live Preview - ms-vscode' as this is still actively receiving commits and has Microsoft themselves behind it.

VS Code amazes me because it's a Microsoft product that feels like the exact opposite of what most Microsoft products are. It doesn't have so many features that it's impossible to learn, but it also isn't so focused on user-friendliness that it's incredibly difficult to customize. It's also one of the few Microsoft products that doesn't try to force you to use other Microsoft software. Seriously, the fact that it not only supports custom shells for the terminal, but also automatically detects shells like git bash with no configuration is something I would have never expected from a Microsoft product.

Yo, Colt! I love your content. It's been a great help in me re-starting my tech career, AND, as a teacher myself, I can tell you that I also have to deal with people heckling you and giving you BS just because. I hope that it helps you to know that it's just their feeble attempts to feel better about themselves when they actually feel horrid. BUT YOU are helping lots of people to feel better about themselves while being generous and positive, and THAT is infinitely more valuable in the world. Thank you!

Hey Colt - one other one I like, especially for folks making the jump to VS Code from sublime is the "Sublime Text Keymap and Settings Importer", especially since it will allow your students to still be able to use the sublime shortcuts they're used to or the ones you mention in your videos like (Ctrl+Shift+D) to quickly copy a line of text, etc. Just a thought, and apologies if someone else already suggested that.

I think in the latest version of VS Code (version 1.31.1), you no longer need to reload the window when you install extensions (however, you must reload after disabling). Also, another enhancement is not an extension, but rather a mono-spaced font named Fira Code. Just look for it on GitHub and follow the instructions. :) Font ligatures make your life so much easier as a coder...

Hey Colt (Or anyone that can answer), How do you get the editor line number to highlight when your cursor is on a certain line. For example, at 0:03:36 you are on line 10 and the editor line number is brighter than the rest. I have material pale night high contrast and by default my editor line numbers are all the same muted color even when my cursor is on a certain line.
    Thanks!
