Hi :) It is my first time to put comment on your video. I have additional thing. Page tuner for my tablet and extra battery back. I found that it is very easy to use electric page turner for tablet and seeing score with tablet is very comfortable.
Im starting the bassoon in a week or so, im literally terrified.. i already play tuba, n ive never touched a reed before. Are there any tips you guys can give me.. please...
If you are still in school, most school music programs own some of the more expensive instruments, like bassoons, tubas, timpani, etc. Talk to the music department. Whether or not you are a student, sooner or later, you will need money. It is a part of living in this material world. There are many ways to get money. I recommend the legal, ethical ways, but you do you, ponyboyx. And if you find a way to get your hands on a bassoon, you had better pack a lunch, because learning to play the bassoon is not an easy walk in the park. Wishing you all the best.
Nicely done. Thank you, Dr. Law.
I have and still use the oval Gewa case my Heckel came in, but normally it's the Bonna - the Wiseman cases are nice!

Cool, I use a school-owned Fox Renard Artist Model 240, and that case is shaped like an old-timey coffin.

I don't put a cloth in between the wing and long joint. I'm wondering what kind of damage can be done if there's no cloth?
Update: as of today I have now put a cloth
I want to play Bassoon but I have no money lol
