How do you turn on the controller without waking up your console? When you want to use the controller with a paired phone (xCloud) or PC, do you have to unpair and repair bluetooth every time? I have tried using the old Elite paddles on the new controller and find them to be quieter than the new ones.
How do you map a double click of B button to a paddle? I want to be able to instantly go into prone mode in R6. It was easy to program on the regular elite controller but I am not sure how to on the elite 2. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Not entirely true. The only reason the old one fell off is because the material they used wasn't sex-grade, so the heat and sweat of your hands could pretty easily permeate through the grip, making it expand to the point that the adhesive couldn't hold it anymore. The wrap around design should help as well, though. I'm pretty sure they used a slightly different adhesive as well.
Have you seen a grip come off I have I would say there was only about 10% glue on the whole grip total so that’s why they failed and fell off ! The little robot didn’t use enough glue
How can it wrap around when the bottom is removable to access the screws, not wrapped around ..stuck on 2 halves so we get 4 lots of grip lifting off when glue lets go
I need to know it can read wired as well as bluetooth to reduce input lag? If not have any test been done to compare input lag via bluetooth compared to a wired controller?

@@Necropantz I've had my original elite controller for half a year now and I've had no problem... I'm not a casual gamer, I go hardcore on my controller. You must be throwing it or something, same with whoever made this comment
At 6:32 can you map the buttons to a combination as well, so you press one button and it does x+a the same time?
No, that's called cheating.
@@darkventhead581 Two left hands with only thumbs
DAMN IMPRESSIVE AND VERY FOCUSED ON A LOT.
Hi my elite series 2 Rb button stopped responding 1 month after purchasing it.. is there any advice on how I could fix it to be instant reaction
Picking mine up in approx 3 hours, can’t wait!
It’s not out till tomorrow. How are you able to get one early?
I live in Australia mate, we’re ahead from the rest of the world lol
Ah makes sense.
The guy lives in the future, Australia 🇦🇺
It's still the best controller on the market three years later =) Not taking anything away from the PS5 but I have no regrets about switching to the Series X from the PS4,PS3,PS2 and PS1 =) Microsoft have truly upped their game IMO, yeah first party titles have been slow but there's still a tonne of games to play! Some epic games coming in 2023 though...
I love the elite 2. But I literally knew all of the facts, you presented in the vid
Thinking of buying. I'm running the turtle beach xo seven pro wired headset. Does the elite controller series 2 allow me to plug the turtle beach headset adapter in at the bottom or not?
Yes
secret number 51: it has buttons
How do you turn on the controller without waking up your console? When you want to use the controller with a paired phone (xCloud) or PC, do you have to unpair and repair bluetooth every time?
I have tried using the old Elite paddles on the new controller and find them to be quieter than the new ones.
You forgot one feature. When the rubber grips start peeling off.
After hours of playing.
@Klumsy Kameleon Yes...
Is this true
I have one it hasn’t even got broke and none grips peeled off
How do you map a double click of B button to a paddle? I want to be able to instantly go into prone mode in R6. It was easy to program on the regular elite controller but I am not sure how to on the elite 2. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Where u able to figure this out??
Realistically I probably won’t get this but looks amazing
I get mine in 1 hour🤤
Juda Ladiye happy for you 😁👏🏾
Can u overcharge controller or does it shutoff as soon as battery charges
Wow it has the charge dock that’s mentioned on the box and sales description. What a fantastic secret I never knew.
Can u change the settings to make stick drift not noticeable?
No it has a wrap around grip so the grip doesn’t fall off like the old elite 😂🤷♂️🤷♂️
Sniper Scope nah it’s definitely expansion, mine was much bigger when I tried to re glue it back on. Not just a lack of glue.
So enthusiastic and informative, I’m picking my controller up today.. really appreciate the information provided.
how's your controller?
Just got one 3 days ago and I absolutely love it.
Literally everything this guy said was on the box / manual...
lol yep. Should be "50 SECRETS YOU WON'T KNOW IF YOU CAN'T READ!!"
Can play wired on PC or is that port for charging only
I’m getting it today
I get mine in 1 hour. Going to pick it up right now🤤
Where did you pre order it?
Juda Ladiye did u get it yet? i got mine but i can’t connect it to my iphone
@@lusiontv5147 I think you need ios 13
Savage - Beast i have a iphone x plus and i’m on ios 13.2 and it still won’t connect
Thankyou very much my friend the 3 profile tied to the 3 lights on the pad helped me to understand how to turn vibration off
One secret is the drift you will get in about 6 months
I've had it for a while now, and I've had no stick drift 🤷♂️
Correct. It’s designed to drift. Hence the class action lawsuit
Will there be an option to turn the Xbox button light completely off?
I had enough using black tape!
You can adjust it to 10% of the controllers standard brightness via the xbox accessories app! But not completely off.
I feel stupid to buy another one of these knowing I really could do without or that there's a chance the quality will be bad again. But I gotta have it.🤞
The quality is amazing
Beautifulliar93 It’s super good dude. Went from playing standard DS4 to this, and it is a phenomenal upgrade!
These are not,
"Secrets"...
This is called,
"Reading the User Manual".
His accent made me think I was getting a wrench with this controller 😂😂
Serious question.. let's say you set a button to Shift. But your playing a game that utilizes all the buttons how will you be able to you use that button as its normal function in the game without activating shift??
🤦♂️🤦♂️ nevermind I just realized they give you 4 extra buttons which games dont utilize
So a list of things we already knew from the reveal video
John Morris thank you!
Did you take the felt off the wireless charger?
Is the elite 2 out
Feat On Meat586 in the uk it’s Tuesday I think
How do you stop it from controlling the volume ?
plus, i just wanna be able to play RDR2 without my A button breaking and and my LB to not fall out!
vol Rogue my lb fell out too
I received mine on day one. The A button sticks....on a $180.00 controller. Yay.
Racer-X it’s defective then, send it back and get a new one.
I’m getting a lot of right thumb fatigue on my right thumb so thinking shorter stick would be better for my hand having less stress so not having to stretch my thumb out as far playing call of duty online?
Community: Imagine buying this and the grip falls off lol. Xbox: starts laughing nervously
True story.
How do I switch between bluetooth & Xbox with the sync button?
You can’t pair the elite 2 to iOS yet, that’s a lie
jadagod when will that be fixed
It’s on Apple, and they aren’t saying when it’ll be fixed all they literally have to do is add the elite 2 to the list of compatible devices
49 "secrets" then??? ohhh no wait, the video had actually 1 secret, and it is that they lied about working with iOS
Hi there Xbox On I was wondering if you know if there's a possibility so that the 4 rumble motors work while playing on pc the Ganes of Steam/Epic/Origin/etc as well as in the emulation world ⁉️
Feature 51: controller will come with a problem like stick drift or a faulty headphone jack.
Can you map keyboard buttons onto the controller at all for say push to talk on discord? Also does it come with covers for the paddle holes? I don't really care for them and would use the controller without them installed.
Are you kidding me? What part of this was a secret I wouldn't know having read the manual and tech specs before buying it last year? The only secret I found out the hard way was that not forking over another $20 for the warranty would be a bad move.
How can I optimize the Elite 2 to play on Android (note20 ultra) with Samsung pass? The controller conect but some buttons does work properly, exemple: B instead back the menu's game, switch app in the phone. Any advice? Thank you
wow how could _anybody_ have known these?
Maybe they could have just read it off the website
I got mine from best buy, is that why I didn't get the carrying case and wtv else??
