@ no HOAs. Private pool inside screened lanai. Or possibly a gated community that has the pool amenities. Not very picky about town. My wife would like to be closer to the ocean but not so close we have to pay extra for flood insurance and hurricane areas.

Is it true rolling hill don’t have internet/phone? My wife and I are moving to Ocala in the next year. I like the homes in the 350-500k range in that area
@@dontdoxmebro welcome back to the channel Javier. From my understanding Rolling Hills does have internet and phone service coverage. This area isn’t considered off the grid and it is close to commercial areas. Where did you hear that information? As far as the homes go, you may have noticed that the price range you are looking for have improved finishes. Give me a call. I’d be happy to help you find a home in the area.
