Really, really, sad. These people when it closes will have to drive a long way just to grocery shop. It’s expensive enough just to be in the neighborhood to buy groceries now on top of that they have to drive far to go somewhere else to buy groceries.
"Rising rent" yeah I don't need to explain why thats the case, it's pretty obvious at this point. Also every time a beloved store or restaurant gets closed down it always gets replaced by something worse, just an observation.

Very sad I've been working there for 18 years my 2 bosses been there for 20 years since it opened.
U know why because they don’t only pay of da place they gotta pay a percentage of their earnings. $3000 a day they maybe pay 15-20 percent of that.
