This is great!! Just signed on a Toll house build here in Greenville and have been looking for pricing. They are great at keeping the lid on that!!! This gives us good insight and what other options may or may not be available and some great ideas to consider as well! I want that same appliance package and may just have to bite the bullet on that. The price you mentioned is almost exactly what I imagined but can't vision the kitchen without it. Sounds like Greenville has a few more options in that category. Very curious about local options and pricing here now. Good luck with the build and I look forward to future videos.
