hi.. although i dont have an extensive hair care routine as yours but i use rosemary essential oil mixed with nigella seed oil on scalp it works like a charm and coconut oil on the lenghts.. i try to be regular with my pilgrim hair growth serum.. i have regrown my hair.. but every time i blowdry my hair i see a lot of hair on my brush because of heat and pulling.. i do use heat protectant and serum yet i feel so guilty of loosing my hair... please make a video on how much hairfall is normal in blow drying and a correct way ps. i have long dry frizzy wavy hair..
