Stacey talks SO much sense!! And is not afraid to speak the truth!! Instead of being a sheep she's talking real sense👏🏼👏🏼
Denise needs a reality check on how the ordinary working person lives, Stacey is such an intelligent & informed presenter
What lol intelligent 🤓😂
But what Denise is saying IS in touch with reality. People are choosing jobs that allow them to work from home, and it's literally killing towns and cities who rely not only on staff to operate, but also on customers to survive. Working from home is a lovely cosy idea, but the social and economic ramifications are hideous.
The Govt policy imposing a mandatory 60% in the office on civil servants is to combat the economic effect on transport, resteraunts, pubs, coffee and sandwich shops.
@@MatgoStyles So people should go to work in an office just so they can buy an apple and a sandwich in town for their lunch to keep the Tesco CEO receiving his millions. Good plan, Stan.
I thought they both had valid points, I also thought they got their points over without being rude being rude to each other.
Need Stacey on more often to stand up to Denise and point out how counterproductive and ineffectual her endless ranting is.
Stacey, thanks for standing up for nurses.. you are 1000% right 👏🏻👏🏻
100% agree with Stacey!
Denise has lost touch with working class people. Stacey is spot on and has not forgot her roots
She is right though, industry is suffering with back logs and delays
@nicolastemp8173 Right, but they are suffering because the industries refuse to change. Because the higher ups refuse to sacrifice for the people who actually do the leg work.
Denise hates anyone disagreeing with her. Personally, I think you get much less work done in the office as you spend most of the day getting interrupted or attending useless meetings.
You are the one hating here
Stacey is so right My husband worked all his life. Died at 58. My son saw this Said SOD THAT. TOOK EARLY RETIREMENT. 50 RUNS HIS OWNS Business. He does it his way No boss telling him what to do. Very happy
Sorry to hear you lost your hubby at 58😢
100% agree with Stacey, she is a grafter and hard working mum with her feet firmly on the ground 👍🏻
Denise Welch does not like Stacey Solomon because she is not the centre of attention. And does not agree with her - the entire show was like this. Good for Stacey!
YESSSSS Stacey is back!!!!
Love Stacey. She speaks so much sense. Stacey for PM!!
Wow. I always thought of Stacey as more of a lighthearted, bubbly addition to the panel - but I love seeing this more fierce, opinionated side of her! I definitely respect Denise's point of view, but it seems to be coming from more of a place of ignorance. Stacey knew exactly what she was talking about and communicated her points very affectively. Welcome back, Stacey! ❤ I'm excited to hear that she has to say about more issues.
I agree with everything you said about Stacey, Denise on the the other hand need to find a cave and hide in it. Maybe she will go back in time and connect with the rest of the cave people!
Not sure why people seem to think that those that want to work from home are lazy - most of us log on earlier and work later cause we don't have to worry about commuting. When I go into the office now it's a lot of wasting time chatting with people that keep coming up to my desk to talk to me about nonsense. Yes I get the "social" aspect of going into the office .. IT'S WORK ! We are there to work not to chat about anything and everything. If you can work from home great if not I understand that there are those that can't but don't get upset that some people in different professions can. Love covid for this - showed companies that we can work from home without issues. Better work /life balance.
When I do get to meet with colleagues in other cities who work from an office I’m reminded just how much time they waste. 20 mins there, 20 mins there, 20 mins there and it’s no wonder all the remote staff are the most productive and sharp
However, I know of people that 'log on ' nice and early but don't start for a while after the school run and putting the washing out etc, then lunch, then next school run, then kids around. Some people definitely play the wfh game. Also for some, they just do not have the work space. I have definitely been redirected to people clearly wfh that were eating, had local distractions and I suspected that people not working for the company were listening in !
It’s about outputs not hours !!!
My niece works from home. She logs in. Has lunch hours. Gets more done
Go Stacey……such a sensible and realistic lady!
Why is Denise talking about a topic she clearly knows little of? Stacey is so much more connected to the working class. Denise is rude.
Ha ha Denise does not like being upstaged. Go Stacey.
Oh my word I’d pay Stacey to be on the program to shut Denise up
You need to get out more
I actually think this discussion was really important. The world is made up of people of all ages and generation with different ethics. It take 2 people to express their views to be able to make changes. Even just Stacey giving Denise’s head a wobble. It couldn’t be a panel where everyone agreed. Like then or not, all conversation is important.
Employers need to support the physical and mental welfare of those that work from home.
In my personal experience men in their late 40s and 50s are not very good at prioritising their health and tend to be glued to their desks and screens all day. These men have huge health risks.
Stacey should have her own tv show. She raises some very topical points which the majority can all relate too.
'Of those that work from home' they could go to an office where there are other staff who can offer support, as they are in the same boat.....
Jane Moore is so well-spoken.
I agree with Stacey 👍👍
I’m so glad Stacey is back on Loose
Couldn't agree more with Stacey!❤👏 I'm sorry, but Denise is absolutely clueless!
Well said Stacey 👏👏👏
We love you Stacey
Well said Stacey
I was wondering when Stacey was going to be back on. Love it when you are on Stacey🌸
Stacey you are amazing, Denise talking again about something she knows nothing about but is adamant she’s right 🙄. I work from home and I’m far more productive now than I ever was pre covid. Wfh also i feel gives me a bit of flexibility. We shouldn’t have to work work work work and then retire at 70. A lot of the issue we see now are due to the mis management of our country by the government. They don’t care about this country they only care about themselves!!
The only reason industry wants people back in the office is to pay for the building. They don't care about the actual worker. It's about filling the buildings, paying for the rents, justifying the existence of 'the city' and money to ultimately line the pockets of those Dyson, Alan Sugar, big boss types- pockets. If a person can do the same job from home, nagatiging the need for travel, reducing costs from thier own monthly salary and carbon foot print, saving money on lunches/ coffees and most importantly stress!! (Denise always goes on about mental health. Travel is stressful! Don't get me started on the over stimulated brain of what a neurodivergent person has to go through on a morning getting to work before they've even sat a desk somewhere other than home and then expected to be 100 % productive!). There's literally no reason to be in an office. Covid proved that. The elusive 'water cooler' moment between colleagues is utter made up nonsense. Work life balance is; work from home if the job can be done equally well from home!
Denise still has her knickers in a twist over covid😂
Well said, Stacey👏
My hubby works from home a few days a week & he will do things that need done ie… hoovering or washing on &hung out if weather permits & any other jobs that’s needed
Whilst WFH? So not working then.....
Both my husband and I work from home and work life balance is great. We both work really hard in our jobs and share the chores equally. I do school drop offs and he does the pick ups. Denise needs to do more research before judging home workers and I think Stacey has it spot on. Not everyone working from home is lazy, the majority work harder and have a better work/life balance.
Stacey is completely spot on
Love Stacey
Spot on Stacey!!
Stacey for PM 😂
100% Stacey with your open minded and reality check on modern living! Stay strong love you!
Well said Stacey!!! Brilliant discussion ❤
I agree, Denise needs a reality check. Wish she wasn't on this programme. To be frank, who are all these people to give us their opinions?
So you can have an opinion but they can't because you don't know who they are
@@AnnemarieHolden I'm trying to point out they are not experts in anything they discuss. Most are has been actresses/singers/journalists, at least Stacey Solomon spoke some sense and I was agreeing with a few other people's comments. Yes, we all have options but I'm not being broadcast to hundreds of viewers.
@@AnnemarieHolden I also should have said it was a rhetorical comment, of course I knew who they were.
Missed Stacey so much ❤️
I work at the British Library and I do hybrid working - in the office twice a week and at home three times a week - for the benefit of my mental health. One of colleagues works from home throughout the week to save money. If an organisation as prestigious as the British Library allows working from home, then surely organisations that can allow working from home should allow their employees to work from home.
But when offered jobs, you know where they are based.... if they are office based it for a reason. Like security and confidentiality......
@@nicolastemp8173 Everyone that gets employed to office roles at the British Library gets a laptop so that confidentiality and security is maintained, as our contracts say any work relating to the library should only be on that laptop.
Get that Denise Welsh or Eddie Izzard woman off the panel she takes over and doesn't let people finish talking
Why does she make it all about her. She thinks she's an expert on everything.
I think people in nursing shouldn't feel their salary is a reward. I know many nurses who are on £40+ thousand.. they are in the deputy sister role but it doesn't pay badly if you climb the ladder.. just like most professions. There are SO many perks to working for the NHS such as better maternity leave packages, better pensions and more rights such as paid parental leave. We need to stop making out nursing is an inadequate job reward wise, because it isn't.
Denise trying to make it sound like she has a real job 😂
Stacey you talk so much
Truth and sense
My other half has worked from home since lockdown as his office shut down. He does have to work away sometimes in different parts of the country but it's lovely as the kids see him more when he is home. He can sometimes walk the kids to school before starting work or he can take a later lunch break sometimes so he can go for a walk to get himself out the house and pick the kids up from school. This doesn't happen all the time as he is busy but it's nice that he can do this sometimes. He's away 3 days this week so he won't see the kids but it means when he gets back home after them 3 days because he does work from home he can have that 20 mins the following morning walking to school with the kids instead of having to drive to an office for work. We love it personally.
I totally agree with Stacey. I work in the childcare industry and we are on minimum wage and have the responsibility of caring and educating small children. After studying to get qualified you have annually redo and update first aid and other training in your own time. No wonder people are leaving childcare for retail jobs!
The UK has gone to the dogs since Covid with the service industry worst affected. A bakery near me closes around 2pm because they've all but sold out of produce (tough luck if you're a 9-5 or unsociable hours worker) - it's never occurred to them to just BAKE MORE like European bakeries do ALL DAY LONG. Teenage staff in a high street coffee shop chain only stay a few days I'm told because they can't cope with the pressure.
100% agree with Stacey
I really dont like Denise
1000% agree with Stacey!!
Go on Stacy well said Denise is bitter and twisted I never liked her thank god Tim got out of there 😊
Well Said Stacey 👍🎉🎉🎉👌💐
Denises face though 😆😆😆😆👍
Well said Stacy 👋👋👋
Well said Stacey and I still think you should go back into singing, as you were awesome on X Factor!!!!
I'm not being disrespectful when I say that, I just think you could sell a lot of records as you have a fab voice.
Well said Stacy
Agree 100% with Stacey x
Totally agree with stacey
Totally with Stacey!
Well said stacey
Well said Stacey! ❤
This is why I love Stacey, she’s so real, she’s got to where she is through hard work & determination. I 100% agree the government are so out of touch with reality & seem to reward people more for not working & penalise those who are trying to better themselves, I’d say roll on the general election, however they’re all as bad as each other!
Well done Stacey love you
Completely agree with Stacey! Completely correct about nursing, I certainly wouldn’t want my children or grandchildren to do it as I have. The care has gone from nursing to busy hitting government targets and people are forgotten about.
I totally agree with you Stacey and being honest
Go on Stacey...❤
Love Stacey ❤
Your right Stacey people don't even see there pension they work till they die or get ill health and can't enjoy there retirement
I love working from home, equally as busy as I was when in the office
Go on Stacey
I agree there is a shift in work ethic and the labour force, but govt need to adapt. There’s a larger societal reason there’s this shift and they need to address it, not just resist change for the sake of it.
Some people do not have appropriate work spaces for WFH. What happens if the WiFi in your street, your house goes down for a while? Who's problem does that become ?
Nailed it Stacey. 👌 👏👏 Denise needs a reality check .
Work shouldn't be something we do just because. It provides a standard of living, or at least should do. It should allow people to live their lives as they see fit. If people are putting in 40 hours a week and can't afford one holiday a year or to put their kids in childcare, or even one fancy meal out a month then there is a problem with the world. We have to stop with this heroism of working without any benefits, where we congratulate and celebrate those who work and die at 50 because of ill health. We need to celebrate those who work hard and play harder.
.
Stacey does speak a lot of sense however I would say that due to how easy it is to shop on line this is why our high Streets are suffering, I also think that the interaction with colleagues in the office is so important & it’s not as productive to email/ zoom etc it’s also about the discussion in the office regarding clients staff should be made to attend the office at least 3 days a week not a permanent work from home.
Well said Stacey ❤
Lovely stacey❤
Well said Stacey 😊
Well said stacey!
Why is Dennis on there , she has a bad attitude
Stacey stands up for us ordinary working people. Thank you Stacey.
Go Stacey 🙌🏼💞
Actress and presenter!!!!! What, acted in a soap 20 years ago, was a terrible short-term character in Hollyoaks and presented what a segment on Loose Women
I think Brenda looks lovely in that colour outfit& it’s lovely having Stacey back hope she does more shows
Go on Stacey! Nothing is working because we've had terrible leadership for the last 14 years! And Labour won't change much.
My daughters and wife all work from home and they work much harder and certainly longer than they would if they commuted in to the office. I on the other hand have to go out to work. It really is job specific, it works for some and not for others.
Sir Ian my previous support worker used to work from home during COVID 19
Stacey talking sense
This was brilliant we need Stacey on get rid of Denise she is a waste of space she needs a reality check
Denise is so patronising towards to Stacey, Stacey speaks a lot of truths.
Go on Stacey.
Go Stacey!!
I agreed for my staff to work from home so they could also be hands on mums but unfortunately a few took advantage. My wife saw two of them swimming together with their children at the local pool. I had to stop it. Always a few that spoil a good arrangement.
The gay community needs to rally around Stacey more than they do Denise, Ckah!
I can’t stand Denise and love Stacey but I have to say on this instance I agree with Denise. I’ve seen some people close to me ‘work from home’ - they really don’t, they give the bare minimum to get away with complying. We are struggling to get people to work with us (we are in a face to face customer industry so you cannot work from home), the amount of ‘sick’ days the younger staff take off is horrific. Most of the younger ones are up to 10 days off each ‘sick’ so far this year already. So I’m sorry but I agree with what Denise is saying, the work ethic is no longer there and they are looking for the easy option
Well done Stacey
It is true.... a lot of industries are suffering.
