Most underrated game of 2024. I just bought it last weekend and I'm over 50 hours into it already. I'm addicted to finishing 100% of every spot on the maps. I was lvl 21 before I left the first map.
I agree with our WhatCulture Bros here. I've been playing it for the last couple days and I love it. Don't know why all these reviewers are giving us such a hard time. It doesn't have the most consistent frame rate as of right now, even in performance mode but the combat loop is addictive and it has some new twists that keep me interested.
#2 I LOVE transmog systems. Before this you would HAVE to wear the most Ridicules armor combination because the STATS were so cool. NOW you can wear what you want to have those cool stats and still look SLICK. #1 PET EVERY PET and have the bad guys pets help you (punish the bad owners).
This is a great game so far. People talking about Ubisoft bloat...maybe the issue is that Ubisoft games are pretty mediocre, and not the open world aspect itself. The gameplay in Ronin is deep, combat system is wild so far and the stealth aspect is fantastic. Funny because I usually avoid open world titles but I became curious of Ronin due to the negative previews. I'm glad I decided to get it.
I love this game! Super addictive and the combat gives you so much to work with! Also the customization is incredible with the character creater and transmog options. Id say my only complaints are the VA can feel kinda supbar in parts and the graphics arent crazy next-gen but its still a solid 8.5/10. Id highly suggest it. I dont understand the hate i see everywhere tbh 🤣👌🏾🔥
This game is absolutely fantastic. I was first put off by the reviews criticizing the graphics. But in the end i find losing myself in this game for five to eight hours easily. If you loved Ghost of Tsushima, you will simply adore Rise of the Ronin.
@@kevinnguyen4359 yeah. I could be off, but I feel like sleeping dogs didn’t get the highest reviews when it came out. This game gives me a similar vibe with the fun factor and characters. I wish the protagonist talked though
@@maxdodgers yeah it'd be nice if people in the future look back on this game as fondly as Sleeping Dogs. Both games are far from perfect open world games, but the core gameplay seems fun enough. It seems a lot of reviewers are saying this game is either good or good enough to wait for a sale. Now a days Sleeping Dogs goes on sale for $5, for that price its a steal!
In the options and control menu you can turn on auto Loot and it auto loots everything on foot and horseback except for chests to press R1 and also animals you press R1
This game is amazing its literally everything ive wanted in a open world slick combat with tons of styles per weapon and tons of weapons that's one big big thing rise has over ghost and graphics wise rise is actually pretty freaking good they killed it its not as polished as ghost but it is damn clise and even better in some ways like in edon at three camp
This game is awesome so far it's like a challenging version of assassins creed and I love the assassin's creed games enjoyed woe long so this game is a very good mix of the two and I like that

So I know the guy on the right is imparting knowledge for OUR benefit. But he is looking at the guy on the left and is seemingly talking directly at him. So being typically British. I am annoyed when the guy on the left keeps fiddling with his laptop. This is just plain rude. The guy on the right is talking to you so pay attention and stop appearing disinterested and give him your undivided attention. Update. Having watched the whole video I’m not sure what the point of the rude guy is! Why have him on camera? In fact why have him at all? 🤔
This is most likely from their podcast. He is fiddling with his laptop because he probably has a checklist/bulletin points of topics and he is using it to keep them on task. As well as keeping an eye for any breaking news - be probably turns to it to press a button the second the screen turns off/goes to sleep.

Also, in settings you can auto-collect all loot, plants, etc, just by going near it. This game is definitely a blast as well if anyone is wondering!

You and me 2 brother I got dragons Dogma 2 loved it played for a week then bought rise I should bought it first lol it's phenomenal

For those who don't know you can get the blood off your weapon without blade flash by holding R1+R3
You do it by hitting R1 immediately after an attack, no R3 needed

You find their avatars roming in the open world. The best place to check by is towns have fun, fellow ronin

I ran out of healing items and had to go farm some more and ran out of all those and finally beat it with a tiny bit of health.
