I had to change this same gasket not long ago. I suggest also changing the plastic coolant pipe on the engine block right behind the oil filter housing while you have it all torn down.
that tensioner carrier that you pivoted out the way, it is easy to remove that altogether , it is just two more bolts, remove the bearing itself which is one centre bolt and remove the pulley which is four bolts and that gives you room to get the other bolts out from that carrier and just lift it out from the car.
What about direction of pressure valve? I changed mine , but not vertical these 2 metal peace’s , I put it horizontal , may that make a problem with valve?

You need to put bolt into the housing then slide into place without bumping the gasket. Then hand tighten back bolt. You can not use a socket on the back bolt. Use box or open wrench.
SO we did this, and it's still leaking out the oil filter cap after car warms up also smokes back somewhere around the exhaust manifold. Where is the oil pump on these ? is the oil pump toast? we already replaced all the o-rings in the housing. etc but leaks as if we didn't at the plastic filter housing cap. while also smoking back exhaust side of block. I would just like some input from experienced mechanics. thanks :)
Sorry, not sure I can help beyond how to replace oil filter housing gaskets. You should check the valve cover gasket. I have never change the oil pump on the Z3.
Ok... You did help out but your camera recording is meh, but you did call out the bolt sizes. Just throw out the torque specs. For an average video you did good.

how did you remove the AC belt? was the tensioner bolt goes counterclockwise to remove?

have you applied grease so that it does not slip when placing the paper gasket?

I think i paid less than $10 for gaskets, and about $25 for new belts.
