Seen a few of these videos (looking to replace some tiles the solar installer broken and didn't notice). Yours has been the most complete so far. Thanks for taking the time to post it.

Best place to get older used tiles is to search google for "tile boneyard near me" or CL

Why not try and push up the two upper tiles... in the UK most roofers nail every third row, maybe not in the US, but worth checking.

I think I am missing something here. The new tile was not nailed down. I don't think that tiny bit of caulking will hold that new tile against 30-60 mph wind gusts.

Tile is glued to adjacent tile that is nailed. Vulkem is strong and tile will brake before the bond will fail. I will withstand very strong winds. 60 mph should be no problem. If you want to nail down your tile you can, but this will require removing all tiles from broken tile to roofline. This is an option but not what my video is about.

Look for Tile bone yard in your area. Also some times you can find tiles on CL.

You forgot to add the nails to the tile to affix it to the roof.

Actually no nail is needed if you glue the tile in. If you need to change more than one tile in the same spot then you should remove all tiles and nail in. Much bigger job.

No way in case of repair, I think.
