Recipe has literally 2 ingredients:
Eggs:
a) Separate Egg Whites from 3 eggs
b) Egg yolks from the same 3 eggs
10 oz. Bag Dark Chocolate Chips (melted in the microwave!)

I’m not a chocoholic but I LOVE Brownies. These look so wonderful. I like them plain..no frosting or nuts…love them like they were made from scratch when I was a kid..in the 50’s. I’m excited about these and can’t wait to make them. Also, I have a friend who has a family member who cannot have grains and it is challenging to make something that the entire family can enjoy. I absolutely love these…they taste like a little bite of chocolate heaven!! With no flour…they’re amazing served warm right out of the oven and when the leftovers cool they keep well in the fridge!! Thanks for watching!! ❤️

You may have said this later in the video but....if I don't have the muffin pan, can I just pour into an 8x8 or other dish/pan and get the same result? Or is this specifically made for a rise and taste outcome by using muffin pan size only? (I don't quite know how to word that question.)
@@pocu321 Great question!! I haven’t tried making them any other way but I would suggest using the mini muffin pan for best results. You may also try small ramekins to see if that might work for the recipe. Please let me know how it turns out.

This could be serious trouble for me as a recovery chocoholic! Who am I trying to kid, always have been and always will be a chocoholic! I could have resisted if you used milk chocolate (see how I shifted responsibility there?). There’s a war going on in my brain right now. 😂
