I love cream blushes and I want to pick these up, however I am balking a bit on the price. In Canada these are $50.00 for 2.5 grams, while the Fenty cream blushes are $26.00 for 3.0 grams...that's MORE than twice the price! I know CT is a luxury brand, and I still buy many of their products, but their prices really are a bit too expensive considering there are mid-range brands with similar if not identical quality (in my opinion.) I can't remember if you picked up any Fenty cream blushes, but if you did it would be nice to see some swatch comparisons!
I bought this in the Colour of Passions and I'm so glad that I did after watching this video - it has a cooler tone that I like better. I wasn't sure it was going to be right for me - looking forward to it arriving now. Thanks Michelle!
A CT product not working on Dark or Deep skin, I’m so shocked...said no one ever. I just don’t see why she made two colors if they were going to be almost the same. She could have made the light one much lighter for the pale girls and the darker one more pigmented. Or she could have done cool and warm if they were going to be similar depths.
Exactly but I think she should’ve come out with more than 2 shades so that people can actually choose from a wide range CT sure has the money to come out with more shades
As much as I love Michell’s videos, it just isn’t worth it to me to spend money on CT products and these videos are not very interesting to me. There are other luxury brands that don’t treat darker skin as an after thought and so they deserve my patronage. It’s clear CT makes products for herself and her equally fair skinned niece. She has yet to make a face palette for dark skin and just recycles the same tired beige, pink-beige and peach-beige and calls it Pillow Talk. There is a sale on Pat McGrath’s site. I will spend my money there.
Re: products sweating, I recently ordered a Fenty cream blush. It was sweaty when it arrived, so I put it in the fridge overnight. The next morning, all the sweat drops were gone! I do the same when I order lipsticks in the summer.
I have a light to medium skin tone and I tried these 2 CT Lip & Cheek products yesterday for my review 🥰 And it works, I also build it up and the intensity got deeper 💕 I ended up doing a wear test since I had to go to my way overdue hair appointment 💁♀️ 😆and they lasted really well. Just got mine today and bought it based on this review, which is great, btw! So thank you Michele for your thorough review! I have fair asian skin, with a bit more yellow-ish hue, and decided to get the colour of dreams. It is very sheer and I barely see any pigmentation on my lips even after 5-6 applications. They’d make a lowkey, but great lip balm imo-as Michele said, they’re emoliant. The natural pink blush is more shown on my cheeks, which is also not sticky, just perfect. Just like the application demonstrated by Michele, I think colour of passion would look much better and serve the purpose with more options on how visible you want it to be- my opinion for those who are still torn between the two colours.
I love cream products. I am 50 years old and I have less patience for applying makeup. I have been using cream eye shadows and blushes for a long time. I will definitely try CT. Love
Thank you for addressing hot climate impact on cosmetics. I’m under heat advisories here in Florida & I’ve had more items melt in transit from companies ignoring shipping conditions or not formulating to withstand anything outside their climate controlled offices. Glad to know these survived Vegas.
Catnip 4 Some of the major department stores are bad, too. Had to return Tom Ford that got knocked out of the pan & what they did to Dior eyeshadows with a single sheet of paper...You know it’s bad when the UPS guy knocks & asks if you want to return the mangled thing that used to be a box. 😭
The lighter one looks like the limited edition blush she did about 5 years ago with Jerry Hall on the front, (the Norman Parkinson collection) it’s my most favourite blusher ever.
They actually stayed on my cheeks very very nicely (I admit, I'm surprised) But I didn't find they faded all day. Granted, I haven't been doing much but sitting at home.
I really prefer the passion color on you, I think the cooler tone fits you just beautifully. Yeah, additional colors would be great especially for deep skin tone. They look very similar to Bobbi Brown cheek and lip creams.

The RCMA cream blush palette is far more elegant than most would expect! beautiful range of mixable cheek colors! incredible value. I’d recommend warming up in the pan with a finger, and lasts wonderfully set with powder.
I don’t know how I missed this launch...I must have been dazed and confused from the heat 😆 So far It has been the summer of cream blushes! I really enjoy Charlotte Tilbury products though so thank you so much Michelle!
Love the review, thank you. The colors looked completely different to me, lol. One is more tawny the other more berry - both look pretty on you, I think the color of passion looked the best though.

I just got mine a few minutes ago 😁 I got the shade "Colour of dreams" and I have a medium skin tone ( NC40 in the Mac Studio Fix foundation+powder ) I needed two passes for the colour to show up on my cheeks, and I prefer this on the lips more than for the cheeks. It left the slightest tack on my cheeks, so maybe that's why.

These look like a nice addition to the Pillow Talk line but it's unfortunate that the shade range isn't there for deeper skin tones. Hopefully CT will release more shades like she did with her Pillow Talk lipsticks and powder blushes.

I managed to try a sample of the lighter shade at the weekend and really loved the colour, packaging, texture but I was a bit on the fence about purchasing as it lasted barely any time on my lips (that’s not unusual for me) There is also very little product, apparently 2.5gms so I’m not sure how long it would last, but it Is gorgeous and listed as limited edition on the UK site so I’ll probably succumb! Both colours look gorgeous on you by the way.

They're both really pretty. Certainly something I would wear, especially when traveling. It's so easy to have one item that will serve two purposes. By the way, when on the Charlotte Tilbury website, just above the product title, it does state these are limited edition. Enjoy them... they look lovely on you!
I am kind of bumped from the lack of variety in colours and depth... 😞 I am getting quite disappointed with CT, I do use her products in my work kit, but I don't see myslef adding two blushes to a kit that is inclusive....

Listen I get people acting overly virtuous but Maggie was perfectly valid, coming out with only two shades that only appeal to certain skin tones is pretty shitty especially when the quality of CT is really good, it would be great if everyone could find a match if they wanted to.
Charlotte copied the very popular blush pots by 3CE. They are not only better quality in general but they have a lot of different shades for every skin tone!! They are less than half the price of the CT as well so check those out instead! :)
I am curious if this blush is waterproof. I wanted to ask you if you like the new chanel loose powder. I remember you love the old version. I'm sure if the powder is good for your skin it will be good for mine. So your review is very important for me. I'm black and I can use that blush, blush fits many skin colors. It doesn't always have to be super dark.

Alix Lola I do the same and it works great. Live in a hot location so I do it always for cream products except skincare. Great recommendation

Does anyone think these CT cream blushes are expensive $40? The Fenty cream blushes are only $20 I can buy 2 for $40. I also have seen other cream blushes a lot less expensive. Just my humble opinion. The blushes did look nice on you Michelle thanks for the video 🙏❤️😘

Agreed. I have a lot of CT products but pillow talk has never really been for me. I have the blush and the lippy and never pick them up.
They're both really pretty. Certainly something I would wear, especially when traveling. It's so easy to have one item that will serve two purposes. By the way, when on the Charlotte Tilbury website, just above the product title, it does state these are limited edition. Enjoy them... they look lovely on you!
I think you would better compare them to Cle de Peau cream blush.

I am kind of bumped from the lack of variety in colours and depth... 😞 I am getting quite disappointed with CT, I do use her products in my work kit, but I don't see myslef adding two blushes to a kit that is inclusive....

Listen I get people acting overly virtuous but Maggie was perfectly valid, coming out with only two shades that only appeal to certain skin tones is pretty shitty especially when the quality of CT is really good, it would be great if everyone could find a match if they wanted to.
Charlotte copied the very popular blush pots by 3CE. They are not only better quality in general but they have a lot of different shades for every skin tone!! They are less than half the price of the CT as well so check those out instead! :)
