Good video, i am doing some other breathing methods, i have a doubt, when inhale and exhale we do a count that count can be a normal coumt or we can take every seconds as a count and after every inale and exhale have a relax for watch our body, that relaxing duration how much, because we need to do 10 roumds. Dear sir, Can you please suggest some breathing exercises to relieve me of constipation. Nothing I have done in the past was working well. Anulom vilom ,seethali sitkari nadi sudhi kapalpathy bahyae are some of the pranayam suggest ed by my masters.i take one pranayam at a time and did it with full dedication for 48 days. I shall follow your advice, in the meantime suggest me some thing else.
Dont have water 30mins before and after the food. Chew your food 20times before you swallow Dont eat anything for 6 hours from your breakfast - no coffee , no snacks Similarly dont eat anything for 6 hours from lunch. Try it for 1 day, you will observe a great difference, your stomach will send out the stool twice a day very smoothly.
