I'm a huge Melvyn Douglas fan. And Merle is so gorgeous.
In real life, Burgess Meredith was quite the lady killer. Couldn't believe it til I saw this year's ago. This is the perfect TRIO to cheer anyone up.
Woohoo! Thanks AF. I love your colors.
I believe the black and whites should remain original, they are so beautiful
I agree!
I agree too
Then watch the b/w version it’s always available but I prefer to watch in color so I’m so thankful people are taking their time to do this.
I’ll watch both, but prefer one. Thank you.
Merle Oberon looks unmistakably Anglo Indian in this movie
That’s because she was❤
Well she's 4th south Asian... specifically from Sri Lanka.
Many Directors would have LOVED to film in color but, for various reasons were/are unable to. Very few actually complained. Most of the bruhaha was caused by elitist snobs.........
Is this the second try or version of “the Women”? Ha ha. Remakes by Hollywood 😊
The first time with Joan Crawford, Norma Shearer, Rosalind Russell, lastly Eva Mendez and Meg Ryan, Annette Benning.
Aspect ratio wrong.
