The Grazilaxx first strike interaction is very cool! Always impressed how many different interesting decks you manage to make work in standard. The format never quite solves itself hard enough for some weird decks to stop functioning which is different than how it was ten or so years ago

Can someoen explain to me, why in the begining ( 0:11) Grazilaxx procs twice, even tho his card text says "one or more creatures...". Shouldn't he only be drawing one card there?
@@LegenVD That took me too many watches to understand! We're looking for the orange highlighting, not the white outline when the opponent hovers over a card. The first trigger highlights Grazilaxx and Realmwalker. The second highlights only Grazilaxx since she's targeting herself. The third doesn't highlight anything since you never hover over the trigger (you just process of elimination that shit). Thank you for the reply! I love the no-nonsense approach on your channel and the in-depth explanation of you thought process as you play.

I am wondering if Paladin Class is better than Rally. For 2 more mana all creatures get the +1+1 and it makes it a little harder for the opponent to counter or respond to you casting early game. If you get to level 3, extra dbl strike is nice.
In a deck that has so many other 1-drops it's a much bigger cost to include Paladin Class. It's basically double the mana for the same effect, with a third level that will rarely be used.
@LegenVD do you play any ranked matches with your decks? The decks you play are helpful but playing casual, you could be matched with a new player or a mythic player.
Surprised you didn't play a bird saga, it's pretty good by itself, and in this deck it should be especially good, since it also synergizes with first strike raptor.

Why didn't you lose your creature? It doesn't have first strike
First strike kills their creature first, so there's no opposing creature left to deal us damage.

Damage happens all at the same time, despite what you see on Arena's client. And first strike happen before regular damage

It looks fine in limited. Healer's Hawk always shows how extra stuff on a 1/1 flyer for 1 can get a bit out of hand, it's regularly banned in Artisan.
