@ptah956 i looked it up. The fabulous secret powers video first appeared on another site in 2005 then was brought onto youtube a few years later. So yeah, its 20 years old.

Dog of Wisdom lore: IIRC Joe originally made Dog of Wisdom because he was testing some animation rigging where he would speak into his mic and software would automatically animate the mouth speaking. I heard that this was the first test he did so he just quickly sketched up some nonsense 3d models and just started speaking gibberish into the mic.

I think Alicia just found her new vocal stims. It should also be noted that there's something approximating a 10 year gap between the upload of the first and second dog of wisdom videos but only a few months between the second and the third i think.
The things I would give to be able to experience The Dog of Wisdom for the first time again...
there's a song by the liviing tomestone where the dog of wisdom and the dog (form the first vid yk "my name is the dog") sing in that "hababhba" language and yiu have to turn on subtitles (regular english/UK) to understand them
I had to check to make sure this was a new video. There had to be no way Alicia never saw The Dog of Wisdom before. At least the TH-cam algorithm finally fixed that critical mistake
I believe they somewhat recently released a new video (might have been the third part that you watched) and basically revived this old meme. I saw the original so YT recommended me the newest one, but because of that for you, someone who hasn't seen the original they recommended the old one.
