These videos are perfect for me, a barely semi-talented part time artist who nonetheless wants to craft original stuff to complement projects in a personal and specific way. Procreate has been a revelation, so direct and practical for the few relatively narrow things i do - art for online music and fiction, promotional images, background art for video, stuff like that. And i find it is very engaging and not demoralizing like some apps, when i want to just try out a technique and see if i can do it well enough to use it. Your videos have really enhanced all of that.
I make handmade cards each holiday using watercolor and ink. I decided to try making holiday cards digitally this year and I’ve loved everything about it… other than not being able to achieve the look of gold ink or watercolor… this totally helped and made all the difference in my cards! Thank you!
Extremely helpful, right in the middle of a thing that can use this technique! I have to pause the video to catch all the steps, but that is not a hardship, and better than it being dragged out and hard to locate the key points.
Thank you so much. I had invested in all the stuff to add gold foil to my stickers but it was truly too much- foil is a tricky product to work with. Have a great weekend! 🙌
Hi, not sure if you found a solution, but in case you didn't: Check and see that you're on layer 2 which should be under layer one (that has the clipping mask applied to it). I had the same issue and then realized on the wrong layer.

This is amazing. How do I convert this into a brush?

Thank you! I have been wondering about that and this tutorial is useful for other textures as well, I am guessing, so good to know!
Best explanation I have found so far. Thank you!
Thank you, this was super helpful!!
Super helpful, thanks!
This didn’t work for me. I tried several times. The black pen writes on the gold., despite the clipping mask being on.

It doesn’t matter what colour it is. You can do whatever that helps!?😊
Supertips! Huge thank you!!!
