I was suffering from sever anxiety depression since last 9 months. 9 months back i discovered it my self that only way to live peacefully is listning to heart... But i suffered still😢😢😢😢 .. As much i was following my heart as much i suffered more but i couldn't listen to brain and mind anymore as i have already had complete belief on heart and this belief was so strong and unbreakable that i had no otherways to live but only choice to listen to my heart if i want to live. Mind was left 1000s years behind me and I couldn't had a single breath without listning to heart . But i still suffered alot. I took many psychotherapies sessions antidepressants.antipsychotics. nothing worked......3 months ago i realised there is something wrong with my heart like there are many noises and toxic self destructive layers over my heart and im unable to listen to my real pure heart voice i have to clean it first and when i did it i started having a best version of myself i didn't need anything more than this. But i was confused that may be i did something wrong. Sometimes i felt cleaning process is wrong and i should listen to layered deseased heart as it is in its all conditions. But if i dont clean i suffer again. Today i found your video as a blessing of Allah the great gift from my Allah is this video. Now i can start a new life new journey with a clean heart. “Emotional Garbage”
interesting phrasing.
I recall Babuji and Chariji using the term “spiritual grossness.”
The word garbage here seems a bit reductive. Can emotions, even volatile ones, be considered garbage? Anger can be transmuted into love with right intention.
Unless you are speaking of emotions as disconnected from the spiritual or the soul in which case I don’t agree.

@@kanikakaushik9569sister take more and more sittings from preceptor which means heartfulness sessions with heartfulness trainer and tell them with this problem. do your regular cleaning which is recommended by heartfulness
Dear sister, it is all alright. Please let go of your worries. Many times, negative thoughts come up during meditation because they are being cleaned or removed. It is a very natural process which is nothing to worry about. You can completely ignore all such thoughts. If you maintain a diary, please mention the thoughts, and that's it! You can relax and forget about it. Personally, it took about 2 months of regular practise to get rid of about 90% of my negative thoughts. It is a lifelong journey to become better, please enjoy it.
Along with meditation, please also practise cleaning. It will help remove unnecessary mental and emotional accumulations. Please try to avoid focusing on any particular bad thing. Think of cleaning as a general removal of garbage. We don't selectively remove garbage from our homes, right? We throw everything out. Cleaning is the same thing, we remove everything in general.
Along with this, please start doing the night-time prayer whenever you feel comfortable. But for now, please focus on meditation and cleaning. And as others have mentioned, please have regular sessions with a Heartfulness Trainer.
