German here. Nice video. I can only support what you said about learning the country´s language. No need to be perfect. But show that you want to learn, want to be integrated. And the best example was with the biker: Just set up a smile, say "hallo" ... and in most cases you get back a smile and a hello. You seem to be a nice, open minded and intelligent person. The university from where i am doing my bachelor's is recognised in Germany but classes are not held regularly it is not held most of the time i so i am afraid I won't be able to fulfil bachelor's degree of 180 ects which is required in Germany
