I've found that there are 2 types of negative thoughts: 1. Thoughts that are mostly like a feeling of dread but with a thought behind it that's harder to glimpse than Waldo in a red/white stripy shirt.
2. A thought that is like a flea bite - the relentless sabotaging assumption.

I'm am pregnant second time, in first pregnancy I had repetitive obsessive thoughts about everything that could go wrong, it was nightmare, everything was perfect. But now this pattern returns, now I think that fear in previous pregnancy can manifest in this pregnancy, it sounds so ridiculous,but I just can't myself and it's so frustrating. I feel so mental. :D
Hey Corri, I didn’t have contact with my SP for 4 years and recently we started talking again but I just found out that he has a girlfriend. I feel so disheartened.
