- After weeks of procrastination, I finally did it! I finally packed my #HospitalBag! Whoohoo! It’s a lot lighter than the first time I did it because I now know what I actually need and what didn’t even make it outside my suitcase. So for all you first time moms out there, hope this helps!
Mom’s Hospital Bag Checklist:

Clothes good for 4-5 days

My 19 month old toddler sleeps on the bed by himself in his room before he turned 1. He won't have it any other way. Sometimes they just have to cry it out. First week of sleep training my toddler cried 3-4 hours straight until he fell asleep. Now, after giving his bottle of milk, My toddler kicks me out of the room to sleep.
