I grew up in a sidecar. My father had a Triumph Speed Twin with a Double-Adult Watsonian attached.
When I was in my twenties (1980's) I got a Watsonian Monza and hung it on the side of my Yamaha XS750. I've never ridden anything so scary in my life! After a couple of months I gave up and took it off. A year later I discovered the XS750 was notorious for being unsuitable for sidecar use.
We then attached the Monza to a Suzuki GS750. Things couldnt have been more different. A delight to ride!

@@jessetidy4277 well I wouldn’t tip over as easy it’s all about experience, I’ve been taking my little rebel, a 2 wheeler off roading and on gravel roads, but with a side car it would be nothing to hard in the winter just don’t break that much that’s where people mess up in the snow,

thanks for this. i was thinking of getting my motorcycle license and getting a sidecar motorcycle. my son who is autistic loves highway driving with windows down. i think the side motorcycle might be the ultimate rush for him.
