  • While David Goggins isnt the first person you think about when it comes to art, in this video I share with you why him and his book can change the way you paint and also help you in ways that you probably didn´t think possible.

One of the biggest things I discovered about being depressed now that I'm older is life is too short for that. There were many times I would like to redo things, but it can't be redone.
The first secret is to tell yourself that today I'm not going there as soon as you wake up. Start each day smiling and find gratitude that you have life for one more day. Today I woke up! 😊

This book got me back into drawing. I used to draw for maybe a week at a time, with years in between my next session. Now I'm on a spree like never before. It was the discipline I needed. Now, I can spend hours a day on a piece and feel engaged, even though I struggle. It's not all fun, but once I have the skills I need, it becomes more fun, just like any other hobby.

Nice outlook! I read Can't Hurt Me a couple years ago and it's such an eye opener.

Nice painting. I want to be there. That's when you know you succeeded.
