I know naruto and sasuke uses hacks but isn't madara doing that. He had rinnegan, a lot of chakra(like 100x his orig chakra) and was also had aprox 50% of indra chakra. On the other hand see hashirama, no hacks ( 50% ashura chakra but still nothing compared to madara) pure jutsus. Do you know madara in terms of skill is not even in top 5. I agree that he is the most powerful shinobi( rinnesharingan madara) but in skill no. Killing chunins dont prove your skills. In skills, hashirama, tobirama(could match 70% madara based on his own power, not like madara using external power s), shishui, itachi, MINATO ,kakashi and most imp might guy. They dont have much chakra but in skills are very good. See madara was good in taijutsu because his chakra was on another level as the chakra inc his speed reflexes strength durability. This is bitter but truth. Im not a hater of him as he is very well potrayed. Problem is he is the coolest naruto character that increases his fan following. So A lot of fan are biased which makes him overrated. Based on shinobi alliance fight, they declare him the strongest without looking that he got extra powers due to have rinnegan and much more stamina.
