In the Anime, Mai could have won the duel if dhe just attacked Marik, but she choosed to tribute summon for Ra! But if we look at that duel and modern cards. I always imagen that marik actually used Ra spher mode and tibuted her harpies sisters so that is why she could not attack :)
If only Mai'd ditch that stupid seal and play a better field spell like Harpy's hunting ground. Then again, these duels are anime based so what do I know.

After her duel with Joey and Raphael, she’s never seen again (aside from the ending of WTD and a few cameo’s.) Really wish she could’ve reconciled with Yugi and the gang. Who knows, we might’ve seen a romance blossom between Joey and Mai.
damn i was rly hopin mai got her revenge! well done as always tho btw dude i thought of something you could maybe implement some day. Ishizu and Grandpa Muto are two characters you could ad to your cast some day thanks to your amazing editing. since ishizu has the gravekeeper voicelines, you could use them from the duel between gravekeeper chief and jaden. for grandpa a lot of his cards you already have clips and edits ready for, like with gaia the dragon champion, blue eyes and summoned skull for example - all partnered with his duel links voicelines

I thought the seal of orichalcos has an effect that the opponent can not attack the weakest monster if both harpie ladys in the end of the video has the same attack shouldn’t mean rah couldn’t attack one from the other? Like those combos that says you most attack this monster but if there’s a second copy with the same effect is impossible to attack because you can’t focus your attack with both monsters

Wait, so you mean to tell me this version of Mai beat Pegasus but couldnt beat Marik who literally won 2 out of 3 of his duels, one by attempted murder and the other was straight up plot armor bs. Both Mai and Joey technically won if we're playing without plot armor. The only duel he legitimately won was against Yami Bakura. And that because dude was reckless with his life points and playing joyful doom. Pegasus technically beat Marik because that year the english voice actors had a scripted duel at a tournament. She should've won this.
