😁 I'll use a shambler for that... It's in the works.. A lot of people complaint about my voice here so it's nice when someone complements it.. thank you
That looks gorgeous. The wood stock has a really nice finish and the little details are like the locking mechanism and the extractor are so functional. Tou should be proud.
The thing that appeals to me is the reverse engineering of regular items into something more that they were originally intended and metro or post apocalyptic scenario games /movies provide a lot of material...hence why I'm a fan
Have to say, I was a l bit relieved when you mentioned it was non-firing. I know 12 gauge is pretty low pressure but I'm not sure I'd trust that locking mechanism, especially with how far the hinge is from the chambers. It is, of course, a super cool build and I'm seriously impressed. (I bet it would be fine for blanks even as is though.)
I've seen some pretty janky homemade shotguns that work, I bet this would be fine as long as proper tubing was used for the barrels. Slamfire shotguns work and they don't lock up at all.
This has hydraulic pipe inside so the barrel is pretty strong, the locking mechanism is pretty strong but for actual 12 gauge shells I would put the same locking mechanism on both sides then I think it should work...
If my government didn't consider this an imitation firearm and therefore illegal, you can bet I'd be paying as much money as I could for one of these, great work! Oh holy hell it's an airsoft version as well? Now my government considers it a lethal firearm. **SIGH** maybe one day
Yeah airsoft is as far as I can make it in my country , aperently in America you can legally make it and own it , so I could test fire the concept of I'm there as I think it can work...
Wow as far as a working firearm goes im pretty sure if there were firing pins in that it would actually function as a weapon and fire if the hammer springs are stiff enough. The locking mechanism seems a little sketchy and im not sure about how well it seals up to prevent gas from coming back your way, but if you built and assembled that trigger group from scratch you have a talent
