- We took a turn into an unknown road which took us a beautiful place in the middle of the Jordan Valley, north of the Dead Sea. This place happened to be one of the oldest monasteries in the world. In this episode, we explore the St Gerasimos Monastery in Deir Hajla.

Thank you Patricia. It is a struggle to go to Biblical sights or important ones and sometimes see nothing but a lot of shrines built on top, to the extent that we can not see the raw site. At the same time, as hard as it is, if it weren't for these places standing on top of the ruins, we wouldn't know in whose hands they would be today, and may be completely destroyed. So it is still a great gift to be able to step unto the ground which has a biblical significance, and see where it would have been and how it would have looked like.
I have visited this monastery in 2017, it was wonderful the memories will never be erased tankYou GOD.
