Not a safe car, I wouldn't want to take any long trips in it. May not be as fast but Infiniti G's are much safer. I never understand why they didn't have fold down rear seats either, only the Germans figured out ways to make nice cars that had that. Come in handy for me so many times I'd never consider a car without it.

The exhaust tips aren't fake AutoTopNL. They were designed to make a venturi effect and suck the fumes away from the bumper. You will never notice black fuel soot on a bumper of an ISF for that reason.

I had the 2012 and it was a significant driving difference compared with the 2008 due to the differential. My friend who has the 2008 upgraded to the OS Giken differential along with brake and suspension upgrades. I've driven his car on multiple occasions and it's one of the best handling non-exotic cars I have ever driven.
I really like this Lexus! V8 and 5L engine is just a powerhouse! I would definitely like to try this one compare to the new ones. The sound and how quick it is just wonderful until now. Good to know you have been doing this since 10 years keep up your work and stay safe! Great drive 🛣
Never forget watching one of these barrelling down in to Adenau Bridge on the ring many years ago when it was being tested before release . They sound it made while going down the gears on the brakes for Adenau bridge is permanently etched in to my brain. It’s special ! 👍🏻
I enjoyed your video. Thank you! I have had my IS350 for (gosh) 12-13 years and for the past 6 years it has been garage kept and only brought out on nice, sunny days for quick jaunts. It has out lived 2 ES350's which are daily drivers. I am now 68 years old and I still love the handling and acceleration of the IS. My humble toy!
I would really love to drive one of these. As a two-time 3IS owner now, I can definitely sense some of the DNA of the IS F in my car, but it doesn't have the power or edge of the F. I did have a chance to drive an RC F a couple of times, but it's not the same, I am sure. The IS F is what started it all with the F brand and is really cool to me.

Love my 2011 ISF, such a fun and amazing car. Where I live most people don't know about it but as soon as I pass them on the highway and almost hit red line. I get alot of surprised looks.
Love this car. Test drove a 2017 RCF a year or so ago, shifts kinda slow in low RPM's but the higher you go and the more you push the car in general the snappier the shifts get. It's pretty good programming honestly, and the engine sound is so unique from other V8's IMO. I love it.
i bought mine in 2022, after seeing this video and reading only good comments. I switched from a 2017 lexus is300h f sport to a 2010 ISF and i'm happy as a child.
Nice, same colour and spec as mine in the UK. Checkout my POV drive, just starting out so messing around with camera and audio settings. More vids to come on the ISF once I learn how to use the camera properly 🙏

Man, before covic i could get a decent milage RCF for 39k. Now after covid, even high milage are like 45k and up. So sad 😪 No way id pay the price gouge right now, but of it drops again id definitely hop on it asap!!
As likely all Lexus F-Models, despide the unicornish LFA, or better said ALL sporty japanese cars, the IS F is soo fu*kin' underrated... It litterally doesn't come to somebodys mind in thinking of a sports sedan.😅😅😁 Back in the day when I've learned at Toyota (dealership, salesagent) one of my collegues (the head of the workshop) bought a 1 year old 2011 model. Back than THAT think was an absolute killer of nearly everything in a radius of near 120km (next big city -> Berlin) and after some upgrades like the complete exhaust system from headers to tips in titanium, the outcoding of the shift phases you mentioned + delete of the 270km/h limit, programming of the ECU etc. etc. it was the underdog bomber itself.😁🤩🤩😍 More or less the only think somebody gets as a hind are the 4 exhaust tips if you don't put the pedal to the metal and the modded V8 with its then ~ 480hp. :D I didn't drove it by my self only as co-driver but that was all I needed to have the biggest smile on my face.^^ We'd GPS mesure it at V-max of near 300km/h, 295 or 297km/h and ever since I wasn't going faster as that 11 years ago. Since than I'd learn to value those type of cars you don't see at first glance what power they have/been capable of.^^ Big spoilers or bodykits do count less than Zero, if the ride lags all the other, more important stuff...😁😁😉😇😋

I still drive my ISF 2011 for fun, my daily car is another Lexus. The ISF is so fun to drive, and I'm always smiling pulling into 100kph in 3rd gear. The best part of this car is that nobody has seen one in action. They just think it's an IS250. Suprise!

the different between Lexus and german ultimate cars ( BMW, Audi , Mercedes) is just in maintenance . I did have Lexus for about 10 years and all I did was just change oil , filters , tires , brakes . Never had any minor problems . I do have friends with new Audi A6 ( in USA ) and in four years he did drive more dilers Audi than his . Always some problems with sensors and other electronics . With Lexus , something like that is almost impossible . OK to be honest , in theory , mabe but in real life , NO . I do like BMW M3 ( just filling how this car behave , suspension, braking , steering it is realy ULTIMATE DRIVING MACHINE , no doubt ) but Lexus is not far behind , but maintenance is almost free comparing with Germans . If some ask me about Lexus : YES or NO YES , YES , YES ..........................

I have a 2006 IS350 which is the same body style and I fucking love this car it is fantastic accelerates so quick however the ISF has a much better acceleration past 100 kmh but yeah I really like this car The only thing I don't like is the giant blind spot next to the driver and passenger mirror and a pillar fantastic cars
I've had my 2010 ISF for 11 years. Still love it. Just did a 4k mile trip. Amazing.

Had my 2013 for 8 years, I still love mine too. Only 38K miles, always garaged and taken care of.

2008 TO 2014, The 2011 model has refined suspension,torsen diff, different gauges, and is better because i have one cheers.
Just lovely, Lexus made the sound in the LC500 'stock' just right! My favorite new car at the moment..
LC500 is one hell of a cruiser, but if you wanna fool around, the F cars are much more fun to drive.

it's incredible how lexus\toyota makes some fuel efiicient cars, but once in a while they do this. A screaming N\A V8 or the V10 from the LFA

A slight correction to your video, the car was built from 2008 to 2014.
The shift paddles are magnesium, not aluminium.

I loved my old IS250, not a fast car but sounds pretty good and a lot of fun but also super comfy.
Love the F, you can get a faster car for the money but most likely lose some reliability or lux features
..and Mitsu EVO, Subaru, old time...beautiful car.
Having owned a 2011 IS 250. The seats were super tight and after driving the car for 30 minutes, my right leg used to get numb
