Super video, thanks! I’m finding the pendulum serve quite tricky. The ball toss and contact point in relation to my body is a little off, plus incorporating the body into the serve in one fluid movement.... Aside from all that, it’s looking good
you can do it! try to focus on one aspect at a time. i'd start with practicing just the toss. then work on the swing, followed by the wrist motion. incorporate the body last. good luck! let me know how it goes!
The Timo Ball ALC is one of the most popular rackets you can buy, but I haven't played with it enough to make a direct comparison between the two. I used the same racket for about 20 years (Stiga Clipper Oversize). The Clipper is an all wood blade and my racket started to warp after years of use from sweat and humidity soaking into it. Long story short I chose the Harimoto because it has a bigger head which was similar to my old oversized Clipper. I plan to do equipment reviews and comparisons in the coming weeks so I'll have to add the Timo Boll ALC to my list of rackets to review. I'm actually pretty interested in seeing how it plays because it's a super popular racket.

been practicing this one, nice to mix with a short serve, can you do a fast serve using the backhand serve too?
