Lucy. Great content One question I always struggle with is : if launches are so busy, then why do we have dubai real estate events every weekend in San Jose and San Francisco. Also why are the agents here so persuasive if indeed the off plans get sold out on launch.

NOTevery developeris equal in quality and customer service!!!.any developer that has to sell outside Dubai I would be cautious...Better to speak to an ON THE GROUND in Dubai neutral real estate agent and we will quickly advise you what's good and what's to avoid!

I can confirm it was very busy but we had Dubai’s number 1 real estate agent to help guide us through the process - Lucy j Parker!
